I "inherited" this company from the people I bought my condo from and am very happy I stuck with Best Chimney Services. The technician who initially inspected my chimney was very thorough and patient. Rather than automatically cleaning and charging me, he pointed out that it didn't need to be cleaned now. I hired them again to do a camera scan and the same technician came. He went out of his way to try to address a sound issue with the rain cap. I will definitely hire Best Chimney Services again in the future and encourage my neighbors to do the same.

Best Chimney Services provided me with exceptional, courteous, and responsive customer service from start to finish. Logan, the chimney technician, that repointed my chimney was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and meticulous in his work. Aria and Reggie were so helpful, responsive and informative throughout the process. Very reasonably priced for the work they did. Outstanding company and experience!

I have water leakage above one window close to Chimney. I contacted Best Chimney Service and scheduled an appointment. Dave came to my house on time. He checked the window location, the attic and the top of the roof with his drone, he told me that my chimney has no leak and doesn't need to be fixed. Dave and his crew are very nice, patient and honest. I will definitely use Dave for my Chimney service next time.

Best Chimney did a great job installing our SS flue liner and a new chimney cap. They shared pictures showing the sealing of the liner at the top and bottom of the flue when they were done. The price was very fair, and the crew was professional and courteous.

For 10+ years we were unable to use two fireplaces in our house, due to smoke problems. We repeatedly asked chimney sweep companies to find the problem but were told there wasn't a problem other than, maybe, poor draft, which was never an issue previously. We called Best Chimney and the problem was fixed. It was expensive, but we expected that, and now we can use the two fireplaces. Very very happy with the quality of the work. Thank you!

Responsive, responsible, professional and courteous. They inspected our two chimneys and provided a detailed estimate of what repairs and treatments were recommended: including time frame and costs. They repaired what was necessary and within our budget. The job was performed as promised: on-time and within the estimate even though they did a few extra tasks such as power-washing the moss off the nearby walkway and driveway of one of our chimneys. Highly recommend and will use again in the future. Great company

would like to thank Rich with all his help in scheduling and response to questions and logistics given a new furnace was being installed the day after the liner install. Both installers were particular about the quality of the install. The only suggestion would be to consider the amount of the fee for permitting which excludes the cost of a city/town permit. Thank you Best Chimney.

Everyone that we worked with from office administrators to technicians was great! Super knowledgeable and explained the whole process! We plan on coming back to Best Chimney for some future masonry work. They're fantastic!

The technicians were unbelievable!! Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and were very knowledgeable! BEST CHIMNEY Services clearly lives up to its name. I had them to my house Saturday morning to install a new chimney liner. These two guys worked feverishly while they were here. They were polite and kind as well. I’m so glad I used this company.

While there were a number of hiccups with the process- damaged part, last minute appointment cancellation and the incorrect parts on installation day (the correct part was driven to my house and it only added 1/2 hour), I would still recommend this company. They kept me informed throughout the process and I appreciated the care James and his assistant put forth in the installation. I now have a safe, working fireplace!

I am very pleased with the services that I received from Best Chimney. Their price proposal was very reasonable, they were very responsive to my inquiry, did excellent quality work and on time as promised. I needed to have two of my chimneys demolished to attic level due to deterioration of the brickwork and rebuilt. Then, I also had Best Chimney install liners and a chimney cap. All of the work was done on schedule and on budget. The chimneys were rebuilt with the phenomenal workmanship. When Reggie was here to give me an estimate for the chimney work, he said that he could also have a mason repoint the stone masonry and brickwork of my basement walls (my house is about 150 years old) that sorely needed this work. Shane from Best Chimney, who had rebuilt my chimneys, came by and did the repointing, which was a laborious endeavor, but again, the workmanship was of the highest quality and done within the promised schedule and budget. Shane and his assistants were very courteous and worked quietly out of sight. When they finished, they cleaned up all of the areas where they had worked. Based on this experience, I can honestly vouch for the professionalism, quality, and attention to customer satisfaction of the services that I received from Best Chimney and I would strongly recommend Best Chimney to any homeowner who needs any work, chimney or masonry rebuilding, done in their house.

Kevin and Shane are very professional, courteous, and patient with our questions at the project site. They are knowledgeable about the contract work to be performed installing our new chimney liner and cap while protecting our property, roof and skylights during the installation. They are consistent, very neat about the work site and cleaned up after construction both outside and in our basement. If wish all work crews were this professional. Chad Wilson was very reassuring during his estimating visit when we first discussed the installation of the liner for our chimney flue and worked with the office manager to address all of our immediate questions before undertaking and scheduling the work. The office management and staff worked closely with us to address our requirements for licensing, insurance and Town permits and were diligent and provided very timely responses. Reserving final judgment because Town building inspector needs to review but so far everything went smoothly. Would definitely work the Best Chimney again for our future needs.

Best Chimney lived up to their name! They were quick, responsive, and thorough. The folks that came to our house to do the work were great! I'm happy to recommend them to people who are looking to make their chimney safer. Speaking of which, I'm going to go light a fire in the fireplace now!
