Chris was fantastic! I reached out to him with the issues I was having and a photo and he diagnosed the issue over IM. Sadly I need a new unit but so thankful to know right away!

We just had Chris service our dryer and he was so nice. On time and respectful of our home. I used the Plainville MA FB group to ask for recommendations for a dryer repair person and he came highly recommended. I was so happy with his service and price and would recommend him to others needing appliance repairs. I would call him again if the need should arise for another appliance.

Chris came out same day as my initial call to fix our clogged dishwasher. Not only did he fix our dishwasher, but he took the time to help with our stove vent hood also. He sent me a link to purchase a new board for the fan. Saved me and my husband thousands of dollars not having to replace the entire vent hood as another appliance company suggested we do. A year or so ago Chris repaired the control panel on our 3-4 year old oven after others had told us it would be cost prohibitive to fix! He even came back when we had another unrelated issue and helped us out afterward!

When our dryer quit on a Friday evening recently, he got back to my quote request before Saturday and scheduled an appt for Monday afternoon. I cannot recommend him enough. He is professional and clearly knows his stuff.

Chris repaired my Samsung Washer in short order. Chris is very professional and is extremely responsive- he got back to me within 30 minutes of my inquiry and was here two days later. We originally thought the issue was with the water valve but after Chris arrived and conducted a diagnostic check, he quickly realized the 4E error message was a result of a faulty sensor causing the water tank to fill up more than it should. Chris was able to get the part and return the next morning with a fix. I highly recommend his services. I will definitely be using his services forward.

You have all heard multiple great reviews concerning the Appliance Expert, Chris Conley. Here is the latest one. Our washer stopped mid cycle this afternoon while full of water. Chris came to our house within 30 minutes and diagnosed that the washer needed a new circuit board. Due to age of the machine, we agreed the washing machine would need to be replaced. But luckily we had a fairly new washer in our cellar which we had brought with us when we had sold our old house. Chris offered to bring the backup machine up from the cellar as long as I helped. (which was a minimal effort on my part frankly). So he not only diagnosed the issue with the old washing machine, he installed the new one for us. We were back in business within an hour. Incredible customer service and per usual, Chris was extremely fair with what he charged us.

Chris evaluated the issue with my dryer, ordered the appropriate part and a week later installed it and got it working again! Also made sure there was no lint accumulation in the vent and dryer itself.Very quick and efficient.
