I had another plumber cancel on me last minute after I took out my bathtub and needed someone quick. I called G and C Plumbing and they sent someone out first thing the next day to give me a quote and sent crew that same afternoon. The crew of Nate and Ashley showed up and took care of the job neatly and efficiently. I highly recommend G and C and will be using them for all my future needs.

I called G&C to help us with a hot water issue at a place I'm temporarily staying. It was an emergency to me seeings it was over the holiday season. As has always been my experience, they were timely and knew how to take care of the problem with the on demand hotwater system. Once again, thank you G&C.

Timely, polite, and clean both Chris and TJ reviewed the scope of work before they began and then took the time when finished to show me the excellent workmanship they utilized in every aspect of the finished product. What a team this is! G&C Plumbing has quickly become our go to resource for any and every plumbing and heating concern we have. Living in an older home, with cast iron pipes, leaks and general plumbing issues are part of the norm. No matter the issue, this team has been able to help us find a quick resolution. Highly recommend this company for its honest, integrity, and all around fantastic work. They put the customer first and it shows!

Casey is our favorite tech. He is knowledgeable , professional and respectful.

First impression is crucial and this company understands that. My call was returned within 24 hours with a suggested available time frame. Then the appointment was confirmed based on my availability. They followed up by text / email with a photo of the plumber that that’s coming to the house. Chris Sullivan showed up on time with his helper Tobey, they started with a preview of what to expect and went right to work. The issue was that my shower would dispense only hot water no matter how much I tried to adjust it. They took care of the issue with care, and now I enjoy taking shower more so than ever since the water pressure seems to be improved considerably and the hot water issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Chris took the time to explain everything from soup to nuts . He’s very professional and courteous; not to mention his pleasant and easy to talk to.

We have looked for reliable craft workers and finally found a company who does it all. They answer the phone and get right back with information or to schedule an appointment. Alert you to what time and who will be doing the work. We have had Dylan,dillion, Bob,Cooper,Coby, Kevin and Casey/Bryant. Everyone one of these workers have been so polite and take the time to answer our questions. We feel very confident and comfortable to know if we have other issues and the work will be done efficiently and when they leave they clean everything up.We now have them in our contact list. You won’t go wrong in making a call when you need dependable people. Thank you all for great workmanship

Very happy with G&C, especially Shawn, Chris and TJ! They showed up on time, assessed the situation and provided me with multiple options. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and everything was explained clearly. They were able to replace the water heater the same day. I will definitely use them in the future!

We had a wonderful experience working with G&C Plumbing. Dylan M and Casey first came out to inspect our system. They were very thorough, professional and personable, explaining everything in detail. Their teams worked hard during hot and humid weather, which made it especially challenging in the attic. Dylan and Cole were exceptional, along with the rest of the team, including the office staff. I would highly recommend this company for any work you may need.

Shawn saved the day! It’s the dead of winter in MA and has been a very cold week, unfortunately our heat stoped working overnight and we woke up to 52 degrees inside the house. Shawn arrived earlier than expected and discovered a tiny piece inside our boiler was broken. To further complicate things, Shawn explained that the boiler company (Triangle Tube) abruptly went out of business just a few months ago…so replacement parts are hard to find-if not impossible. I’m happy to say Shawn was somehow able to find a replacement part and quickly and fixed the issue. Heat is working! Shawn applied this service charge and replacement part to the warranty of the boiler, lucky for us it had not yet expired. Thank you, Shawn for your courteous professionalism and thank you, G& C Plumbing!

Fast emergency service heading into the storm for an older system. Presented thorough diagnosis and options for short and long term. Very thankful to have them assist us and we are heading towards a new system with them

Shawn and the crew were very professional and explained all my options about either repairing or replacing my water heater. They were very careful taking out the old water heater and bringing in the new one. I would definitely recommend using them

I came home to standing water in my utility room on Thursday night, shut the electricity and water off to the hot water tank and then started calling and messaging plumbing and heating companies around 6:30pm. I was able to schedule an appointment with another responsive company for Friday between 8am - 12pm, but that was not ideal. Fortunately, G & C Plumbing and Heating contacted me first thing Friday morning (about 7am) and told me they could have a technician there between 7:30 - 8:30am, so I canceled the appointment with the other company. I wasn’t able to track their arrival time because of some sort of server problem, but received a text message when they were about 15 minutes away from my home. Sully and Jack showed up about 8am and did an excellent job explaining my options and then replacing my hot water heater after removing the standing water. Everything took about 4 hours, but they were friendly, polite, and professional. Hopefully I won’t have to have them back to fix a water heater but would do so without hesitation if needed.

Casey P. came to check out some water damage. He helped find the source and it wasn’t a plumbing issue. He was so helpful by suggesting what I should consider. He was patient in answering all my questions.

Chris and Joe were super knowledgeable and professional! Very friendly and outgoing!! I got same day service, and Chris even told me exactly what I needed to get vanity wise at home depot for installation.
I get a warranty and everything!!

Update!! I have added photos of my before and after of my bathroom!!

As you can see I was in pretty bad shape before. The new vanity and faucet are a perfect fit!! It is so unique as you just push the bottom of the sink to stop it up and to drain it. Plus I now have storage space in my bathroom!!

Install day, was great! Chris and Zach (I think ) were once again super friendly and outgoing explaining things along the way. They cleaned up after themselves, took all of the trash out and vacuumed before they left!!

My dog who is super unfriendly...even liked them both!!!

Casey diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I am very satisfied with his work and conversation. He told what he was doing and did it quickly and very well. Would call G&C again!

I did not get it installed yet, but the initial visit of what was needed and what to do was great! Casey explained everything and was so honest and kind. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put in!

I was replacing a bathroom faucet and broke off the threading trying to disconnect the old line. I found the company on Google, called, and they had someone out within an hour and a half!!! The techs, Chris and Matt, were very courteous and spent time explaining my options. They helped me to find a more cost-effective solution, and did great work!

Bob and Matt were cordial and respectful. It’s reassuring when you have people working on things that know what they’re doing. They explained everything and took care of the problem.
I would definitely call them again.

Evan and TJ did an amazing job with helping us hook up our waterline to the fridge. They made recommendations about the waterline and how to increase the longevity of our home. They were quick and courteous and was always willing to assist me with any questions I had.
