I have called 25+ different companies requesting a repair & every single company said we would have to wait until Monday (6 days away) because of the holiday. I called & less than an hour someone was at my house & completed the repair. I’m forever grateful for the responsiveness & coming later in the afternoon to do the job. We will now have hot water for Thanksgiving! Thank you so so much!! We will definitely recommend & use this company for any future needs.

Great job from Jim and Mark today. I thought I had a faulty pressure relief valve on a water heater. Jim was able to identify that the expansion tank had failed. After a quick stop to pick up a new tank, it was installed quickly and professional. They even replaced a cracked fitting for no extra charge.

The issue appeared to be a water heater leaking uphill. Problem solved a now a new water heater installed. Work was professionally done in a timely manner. Dave and Jack were punctual, professional, patient, and cleaned up after themselves. They make a fine representation of your company. I would call the back for any future plumbing needs.

Everything was awesome! Jim was great. He called me back almost immediately, and was at my house within 2 hours. I was so nervous I was going to get put on a "call back" list but it was awesome to hear him say "ok, I will see you soon".. he was professional and reliable. Placed an emergency call to several Plumbers in the local area! Another Plumber recommended Austin Plumbing! When I called, the customer service person was very pleasant, patient and helpful! They were able to arrive in less than 90 minutes! The problem was solved within an hour by Marc and Dave! Thank You for your expertise and for coming short notice on a Friday afternoon! Jim Austin and his crew were excellent. Jim quoted a new hot water system and water filter within a day of our request. He scheduled both jobs the same week and arrived on time and completed the jobs quickly and professionally.

When I returned from vacation my heat was out. I had a copper water line that burst. I called probably six or seven Heating/Plumbing companies. Austin Plumbing returned my call scheduling a service call. When arriving both men introduced themselves. I explained problem to technicians. They evaluated the situation, repaired copper water line and removed air from water lines. My heat was on. Thanks Austin Plumbing & Heating.

Very happy with the work done by Austin Plumbing & Heating at our house yesterday. Would heartily recommend them as they put in 2 new toilets, replaced a shower head and replaced 2 outside faucets. Very professional and courteous as well as a reasonable price.

I’ve called Austin twice so far. Once to fix an emergency leaking pipe and once to fix a fridge water line on the day new appliances were getting delivered. This is my third time using Austin Plumbing. First, the company’s prices are very reasonable and fair. Second, the technicians are courteous and finishes the job in a timely fashion. Third, they are punctual. It drives me crazy when i have to work around other service providers’ time schedules. Overall , i would highly recommend this company.
