I needed my AC unit replaced. Crown Mechanical gave me the best quote in the area. They were professional, friendly, and got the job done in a very quick turnaround. I would definitely recommend them!

Crown fixed a problem another company created by missing various issues with our system last year. This year, I was pleased and relieved to have them perform maintenance and prepare me for things that might need replacing in the next year or two, so I can plan. I feel confident that our A/C will work trouble-free under the care of Crown Mechanical!

Our a/c unit stopped working prior to the heat wave. Garrett was able to come over quickly and identify the problem. Luckily he had the part and our a/c was up and running. We would highly recommend this co., very friendly and professional.

If you need work done on your existing system or a new mini-split - call these guys. They don't take any shortcuts, and go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right the first time and the site is clean when they leave. Listen to their recommendations - they know their stuff. Just had a 3 zone Mitsubishi ductless mini-split installed. The past two 90+ days have been a very comfortable, dry 72 inside my house. Oh, and the Mitsubishi is silent! I have a Sense on my electrical panel - and the entire 3 zone system running at full bore uses less power than my 2 window units used to. Call these guys - they will treat you right.

A few weekends ago our central air conditioning stopped working....I have a regular guy that does annual service...he wasn't available and not good at returning call. I called Crown...and found Garrett to be very professional and quick to respond...he even did some troubleshooting over the phone....would definitely recommend Crown Mechanical.

Crown Mechanical was great from beginning to end and even after. Garrett came over and did everything he could to salvage my existing HVAC system. We eventually decided that the existing systems was not suitable to the house and put an entire new system in. He scheduled us for install immediately, was on time every day, work was done quickly, and PRICE was extremely reasonable. Once the system was installed, he checked in every couple of days to ensure everything was going great and it was. Cant thank him enough and we are so happy to have our HVAC back. Thanks again. Garrett installed our AC in a timely manner, but prior to his installation we did the following (my wife found Garrett on the Plaistow Page on Facebook and was highly recommended ont that page):
*He gave us an indepth qoute.
*Encouraged us to check out qoutes from other HVAC companies.
*Shared his vast knowledge in what kind of unit we need and the square footage that it would most likely cover.
*I wanted to know which ACs were made in the USA and he told us TRANE was out of Texas: we wanted to use a Carrier System, but found out that while the Carrier Company was head quarted in the USA, the unit is made in Mexico, therefore American workers were deprived of employment.
*A deal breaker: we support American companies that employ Americans.
*What was to be a fairly direct install was not, unfortunately, there was problems with the AC system working correctly.
*Several calls and visits later, Garret did find out the problem and what had happened was a small piece of rubber had clogged the line: through all of the calls and return to our home, Garrett backed his work, expedient, and did a great job, like "Sherelock Holmes" found the problem and fixed it!
*He did his job, professionally, expediiently, and backs his workmanship and product!

Garrett and his team do all the work themselves. No salesman who makes some shady deal and then sends out other guys to do the work, who don't do what the salesman said they would. He worked with me over several days to figure out the best for my home, and gave me the best price by far. It has greatly increased the value of my home, and saved me a bunch of money on heating in cooling in a very short time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Look me up and reach out to me if you need to know more.
