Replaced an oil fired, forced hot water boiler and a gas fired hot water heater, at my home, with a high efficiency "combi" gas fired boiler.
Mass PHAC showed the highest quality of workmanship, while keeping the work area clean and safe at all times.

I had dozens of contractors out for a air replacement to a heat pump.Jason wa star only one who walked me through his recommendations for duct work improvements and took the time to explain the project, everyone else just tried selling me the most expensive unit. He completed the project, on budget, on time without any hiccups. He even volunteered to come back in the spring to test the unit out. Highly recommend for any HVAC project. Give them a try and I know you’ll be as happy as I am.

We contracted with Mass State PHAC to install a mini split heat/AC pump to service our second floor and a floor mounted AC unit for the first floor of our home. We worked with Jason Edgerly. Jason is a real pro. All meetings and installation dates were met. The quality of the installation was very good - looks like it was installed when the house was built. The systems are very quiet and they have worked really well. The system qualified for energy rebates and Jason was very helpful with the rebate process. We are very happy we chose Mass Sate PHAC.

We were provided a clear, concise estimate and guidance on how to proceed with the project using Mass Save Rebates/HEAT Loan.
