Working with our landlord—who is also an excellent home builder—has been a very positive experience. He completely reimagined our kitchen, transforming the space beautifully and deeply functionally. Adding beautiful cabinetry and counter space, quality appliances, and creating a layout that flows with everyday functionality. He also incorporated laundry hookups into the space, which has been incredibly convenient.

In addition, he refinished the wood floors, painted the interior, restored the porch ceiling, installed new lighting and has been prompt and reliable with general maintenance whenever needed. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are clear in every improvement.

Overall, the updates have made the home feel refreshed, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. We feel very fortunate to be renting from someone who takes such pride in both the property and the people living in it.
