I had storm damage at one of my rental properties, which caused significant damage to the roof and led to major interior issues. I contacted BBS for an assessment, and from the beginning they were very professional and knowledgeable.

Ciro and his team guided me through the entire process, including helping me with all the necessary paperwork for my insurance claim. Thanks to their support, I was able to get the claim approved and paid what it was worth for the reconstruction.

The quality of workmanship was excellent—the roof and interior work came out great. The project was completed on time, even with weather challenges, which I really appreciated.

They also left the property clean, with no debris left behind, which shows their level of professionalism and respect for the space.

Most importantly, I found them to be very reliable and trustworthy throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend BBS to anyone dealing with storm damage or insurance claims.

We recently had new fireproof double steel doors with a new frame installed for our receiving department at Klem's by BBS General Construction. Great people and a job well done. We will use BBS General Construction again.

BBS did a repair of the trim on my dormers in spite of some difficulty with solar panels.They did a great job,very professional and neat.Highly recomend them.After having several other contractors look at the job,they were great!!

We had external damage from a rather large tree falling on our house. After much searching, we came across BBS. What a great find! The whole roof, numerous rafters, chimmney pointe and gutters
were all repaired or replaced.

The crew was courteous and prompt. Work has been extremely satisfactory, so far (made it through our first winter quite well).

I would recommend Rosa and Ciro wholeheartedly. They kept a flexible schedule that fit mine, they arrived when promised and completed work as promised as well.

I had a major water leak in my roof and one call to BBS and Chiro came to my house , went up on roof , temp installed a HD tarp to stop the water damage. He explained about the several different options on a new roof replacement from the cheapest to the most expensive. Never once pressuring me to commit to anything. i was impressed on his knowledge of roof installments and he showed me all of his certificates that he just recertified in order to do any warranty on certainteed products. Chiro keeps up to date on he latest building codes and uses them to his advantages whenever he can to pass the savings on to the customer.
BBS is always on time, clean and the guys are professional at all times.
Chiro's partner and Sister "Rosa" performs on site inspections of the work performed to insure quality is adhered to at all times. They are both great people to have work for you. I met with 5 contractors and BBS was so much more prepared and professional than the others.PS: they are not the highest priced nor the lowest. Highly recommended. A++!

We had such a great experience with BBS. Rosa and Ciro were always in communication with us and helped with all of our insurance claim issues. Originally, our insurance company was not going to cover much for water damaged we had throughout the house. We had BBS directly contact our insurance agent, and they were able to help us get approval for all damages to be fully covered - a new roof and completely new hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms that had water damage from roof leaks. I thought that would be it, but they even painted all of the bedrooms after! Their workers are detailed oriented, polite and I had no concerns at all. We really appreciated how honest BBS was with us. Timelines and expectations were exceeded! I would highly recommend anyone use them.

Had 2 bathrooms remodeled after a water leak.
First company that answered the phone when we called and came over that day to give us an estimate.(most places never even call back)
They did a beautiful job on both bathrooms and even when a few things were wrong, they immediately corrected the mistake. No problem!
At this point we are done, but they are still helping us with the insurance company. They are super reliable!

My husband suffered a mild stroke in June and I knew I had to make some safety adjustments before he came home. I called Ciro as he had done many projects for our home and was always did top notch work. Ciro came the day I called him and within two days had completely redone our tub so it would be safe. He also installed another railing to make it easier to go up and down the stairs. Ciro always replies in a timely manner for anything we needed him for. Don’t hesitate to call Ciro and Rosa. BBS was very easy to work with. Ciro is very knowledgeable and reasonable. We did a new roof and he was able to work with insurance etc... Something most other contractors didn't want to bother with. Highly recommended.

Ciro was very responsive and attentive to our ice dam issues. He answered our emergency call at night and was at our house the next morning. There was a crew of two who tackled the issues efficiently and with caution to avoid any additional damage to the house. Highly recommend this team as we would easily use them again!
