The owner reached out to accelerate the replacement timeline to get the furnace installed within 48 hours, ensuring the health and safety of my family during cold weather. Mike and Sean installed the system quickly, and also provided updates such as GFI outlets that improved the efficiency and safety of the whole system, above and beyond the original scoped work. Good value and service.

I did not get to the point of getting service from Chimcare, but I still would like to give them a 5* review! The kind person who answered my call advised that my system could be under warranty. I called the installing company and they validated that I still have parts warranty. While I went with the installing company I have bookmarked Chimcare for when my unit is out of warranty. Thanks!!

The team at Chimcare were great to work with. They were able to get a technician here very quickly. The problem was diagnosed and resolved very fast. Sean did a great job explaining what the problem was, how he would resolve it and also recommended an additional piece of equipment to optimize our heat pump based on weather conditions. These dual team method kept the house spotless. Great customer service before starting he walked me through exactly what he planned to do explaining the condition of my chimney based on visual inspection and a preliminary flu camera scan. Had some leaking flashing repaired by the Chimcare team. Eli and the team were responsive, timely, and helpful with answering questions.

They did an excellent job recapping and lining our chimney. Very professional and prompt with good communication.

Had some water coming in around the chimney where the roof meets the siding. David showed up and installed new step flashing along the side to stop it from leaking. Everything’s dry now and looking solid. if you live in milton, ma check them out.

Chimcare sent Tom to rebuild my chimney crown with the right overhang a few days ago. He did a solid job fixing the roofline area where it was letting water in. Everything’s sealed up now and working like it should.
