Happy that McDonnell solved a tricky issue for me. Before contacting McDonnell, I had a different plumber come out, but they couldn't locate the part needed to make a repair. Not only did McDonnell find the part, but they kept me informed via email/text throughout the process.

I called McDonnell Plumbing & Heating this morning, expecting to hear that I'd have to wait a day or two to have my broken pipe repaired. Instead I received an incredibly prompt response followed by excellent work.

They repaired my toilet clogging. They identified it was not only a clogging problem but also a toilet leakage. The service is a little expensive, but I acknowledge that we solved my problem. I would suggest a better communication on the time of arrival.

This review is based on my most recent service on September 2023. I would say that they have done a better job compared with before.

There is room for improvement (I might rate 4.5 if I could), but as a local plumbing business I will probably continue to choose their service again.

I had a terrible experience with one of their plumbers. He was totally unprofessional and never finished the job. Two months later I've still not heard from them about finishing something that they were looking into parts for.

Quality of work is very good - if they show up. After taking the morning off for an appointment that’s been in the books for two weeks, I am sitting here NOT surprised they have blown past the scheduled appt time. I’m only surprised at myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt (having been in this situation before). I’m skeptical they will show up. And they won’t call either. It’s the customer that has to chase them down. I’m done.
