Nate was fantastic! I called him when my thermostat broke, he picked up right away and was able to come right after his current job. It was one of the coldest weekends and my heat would not turn on upstairs. He was extremely professional and patient with all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and even followed up the next day to make sure it was heating properly. I will definitely be using Badgers heating and cooling for all my HVAC needs!

We recently had our central air installed (2023). With the summer weather creeping in, it was time to get our ac up and running.
When we turned it on the condenser was making a terrible noise.
Turned it off and called badgers. Excellent customer service, amazing availability (they came out that day), and experienced, professional work.

Nate came out within 24 hours when my HVAC system wasn't working. Fixed it within an hour and had it up and running. Friendly and prompt!

Nate and Badgers Cooling and Heating was amazing, professional and did a great job in making sure our split AC unit was in a good condition going into the summer. Nate was very friendly, explained everything, answered all of the questions I had and made sure everything was clean.

We plan on using him in the future and recommending him to family and friends.

I had a central a/c condenser for one floor of my home not working at the start of the latest heat wave. I was able to get on Badger’s schedule quickly. Multiple problems were promptly addressed, and I learned a lot about my a/c system in the process. Also, the cost was very fair. I would highly recommend Badgers after this service call!

Texted Nate at 6:30am on Sunday. Called me back at 9:00am. Came to my house at 1:00pm. ( 30 miles away) Pouring rain & holiday weekend. Addressed the issue immediately. Due to condenser being iced, he had to return on Monday. Told me he would back by 7:00pm. Arrived on time, repaired the problem, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend Badger!! Our central air was down in a heat wave. Nate came out the same day and got things up and running in under an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and his prices were very reasonable.

Nathan was SO helpful. Professional, polite and fixed my AC issues within 6 hours of contacting him on a weekend! He was also able to provide advice on what to do should it happen again, as well as recommendations. I highly recommend.

We have used Nate a few times over the last couple of years to unfortunately fix some issues that a previous company left behind. He is extremely knowledgeable with the equipment and is able to pin point problems rather quickly. He takes his time to explain the issue and also to explain what he needs to do in order to fix it. I would recommend Nate for any heating or cooling needs no questions asked.

We've worked with several HVAC companies over the years and Badgers is by far the best spanning three decades. Nathan and everyone on his team are knowledgeable, professional, and highly proficient technically. They have a very clear understanding of legacy systems and as well as newer more efficient systems. We have used Badgers for both. They are great problem solvers. We had a top-of-the-line energy efficient system installed about ten years ago that never functioned reliably or consistently. Badgers stepped in after the company that installed the system decided they didn't want to deal with it any longer. Nathan provided a solution that has worked seamlessly. And finally, while they were working on the two large projects, they were incredible respectful on the property and cleaned up every day before leaving. Highly recommend.

Nate came out on a Sunday morning on an emergency call. He was timely and very helpful! He was great with explaining what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it. Highly recommend!
