edit: the owner reached out to me shortly after leaving this review and had an honest and open discussion regarding the situation and apologizing. While the initial interaction with the employee was not pleasant or positive their handling of the situation was. I appreciate the time they took to call and talk with me about this. Original post: One of their techs was working at wrentham village premium outlets and accosted my wife while she was wearing a mask. He called her a sheep and cursed at her for wearing mask. If this is the sort of staff the company hires and sends out to represent them I would be reticent to use a company like this
