My experience with Petro has been absolutely fantastic! The women that answer the phones, Deb etc., are funny, pro, and down to earth. They give
me service the next day, come when they say, in a short window of time.
Clint was not the usual tech from my area, just there to help cover that day,
and he remembered me from a previous job company. Fixed the problem
quickly and explained what I should do in the future!!! The best!!! No hidden charges!!!

This has been a really great experience so far. I switched from another company (a really bad one) to Petro in January. They have been so responsive. I called for service problem at 9 p.m. and they came fixed it at 10:15 p.m. That's amazing. And this may be totally psychological, but I feel oil I got from Petro lasts longer compared with the other companies, too.

Petro has always been there when I needed them and my recent experience was no exception. The customer service line is always patient and thorough in getting the details of my issues and the service men diagnose problems quickly and fix them quickly. I have never waited more than a couple hours for them to arrive. They are thoughtful cleaning up behind themselves and especially in these Covid times take the precautions that made me feel comfortable with them in my home.

The service techs came early and stayed late to install my new ductless air system. It was a hard job and they worked tirelessly for almost ten hours, without complaint. They were friendly and informative. I highly recommend Petro, and especially Kevin and Ron for their professionalism and efficiency.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Had 3 people come out and look at my boiler and petro fixed it in 2 minutes. Highly recommend going with petro.

Petro crew is incredibly knowledgeable and hard working, #1 priority is the customer. Top notch craftsmanship and great guys, wouldn't call anyone else. Even the inspector noted the quality of their work to me privately.

I never take the time to write reviews but I had to for Petro. I found the company through a google search because I needed an emergency delivery of oil during one of the coldest days of the year. I was in a bind because I had not looked at my gauge in months and didn't realize it was empty. They told me they could get a technician to deliver an emergency few gallons that day and would send someone within a day or two to fill my tank. I couldn't believe how easy they made it and I really appreciated their dedication. I signed up for the automatic refills and am now a regular customer!

Andrew saved another Petro customer today. I did not realize that we were on a variable plan which entail my budget to increase drastically this year. I had called in for options to keep my budget low and Andrew had the solution that fit our families budget. We were so close to cancelling our account as Petro does have the highest variable rate (now that we are aware) than our local oil companies. But we love their services. Andrew introduced us to ceiling rate at todays rate for 12 months and it fits within our budget. Thank You Andrew!

I had a great experience with Petro Home Services. They gave me a n acceptable quote on a Trane furnace to replace the one I had. Their installation crew did a very good with the installation and follow-up. I'll definitely use Petro Home Services for any future HVAC needs.

This is the company if your looking for no hassle oil company. Auto delivery, and must have service contract. I had my pressure valve was leaking the dispatcher got was great gave me a time from 7am to 9am. Service showed at 830am . Service guy was professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fix the problem quickly and because I have service contract it cost me 0$. Thank you perto. This is my new and future oil company. I don't know how other oil companys stay in business with petro oil around..

I have been a customer since 1998 when Petro was Whalco. Always great service for oil delivery and burner maintenance and repair. My burner was old and on its last legs. I got a new one from Petro. They removed the old one and installed a new one in 1 day. Great friendly service at a reasonable and competitive price. Highly recommend Petro.

Technician was great with my two kids. They were fascinated from the moment he walked in the door. They stood a few feet away from him while he worked. He was friendly and engaging. The kids loved him. A great ambassador for the company.

Recently had a new oil tank installed in my home. Everybody from the tune-up guy, to the sales guy who came to my home for an estimate, to the install team, were polite, professional, and did a great job at a competitive price. Been with these guys for 25+ years and will never switch!

Petro was professional, respectful of us and our home, arrived on time, completed the project within the quoted time frame, were outstanding in installing the hot water heater and making sure that it worked properly with no leaks, and left my house as clean as when they arrives.

Technician was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this company to all. Our heat was out in one of our zones and the technician found the cause right away.

Really great experience with their service. The replacement indirect water heater quoted in Jan 2025 was at a reasonable price, and when I urgently needed it replaced in late december (the old onestarted leaking significantly), they got me an appointment the next business day and only increased the quote 2.5% to account for 10 month inflation.

My old, old thermostat caused the heat in the house to drop to 60 overnight even when it was set higher with the cold temps. I called Petro (been a customer for 25 years) and they sent out a service tech.

The service tech, Scott, has been working on systems for 32 years and was so knowledgeable. He swapped out the old thermostat for a new one and noticed the zone valve was fried because of the old thermostat issues, and swapped that out as well. Working perfectly fine now. Thanks so much!

Great experience with Petro Home Services. They provided excellent Customer Service moving my oil delivery up before the artic air came in Saturday night & Sunday February 7th & 8th. My delivery was made first thing Saturday morning during the snow storm. Thank you 😊
