We have been using Cape Cod Appliance for all our Service needs for many years. They are very professional, provide prompt service. Our Fridge was blowing hot air out of the blue. I really love CC Appliance .. they have been coming to my house for many years and always satisfied . My only source of disappointment is this. In July 6 th they came out to diagnose an ice maker . We paid the $668.00 for service and repairs. We were told 2 weeks. Yesterday I called to follow up and was told the parts had just arrived , but service not available until 8/15. This is a long time to hold on to a customers money and my suggestion would be to pre book follow up or allow in the schedule for follow up appointments.

Updated 7/27/2022: I just spoke with Bob... and as a true professional will be coming to my home sooner than the 8/15 original date. This is very much appreciated and speaks to how wonderful this company and local business is to their existing client base. Thank you Thank. As a side note.
