Great customer service! They stock so many plumbing and heating supplies and equipment as well as being a local business here in the community for over 70 years.

Friendly knowledgeable staff in showroom or parts counter. Owner goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need.

I hate plumbing projects, and I let Matt at the parts counter know it. I explained my problem, and he was able to give me exactly what I needed. Once he identified what I needed, he answered all of the questions I had about how to do it. I know they usually deal with professional plumbers, so it was greatly appreciated that they were able to help out someone that is very much not a professional!

Shay did an exceptional job in helping me determine the parts I needed. I know the cost for what I needed wasn't much but the service I was provided was still top notch and prompt. Thanks Shay
