Zach is the best. He has done multiple jobs for us, including installing a tankless water heater and a modern gas boiler. He is very efficient and a professional. Royal flush was the only plumber that called us back in a time of need initially when we met him 3 years ago .

Emergency calls for heater shutting down/pilot not lighting and an emergency call for a carbon monoxide alarm going off in the basement due to the heater. Each call was attended to with no hesitations. They responded to each emergency within a timely manner and helped with fixing the issue each time. It's a great feeling to know they are willing to have your back and make time to help you in am emergency.

I called for a water heater cleaning. I got a quick response and appointment in a couple days. I was very happy they could work around my schedule. They explained what they were going to do and recommended options. While here they found and repaired a part in the tub that wasnt working properly. Excellent service!

As on other occasions Royal Flush provided responsive service to address a leaking pipe and provide a quick fix. Some of the water pipes in the house were non-code compliant thin walled copper tubing and compromised by having acidic well water and no neutralizer for a number of years. I subsequently had Royal Flush replace all the copper water lines with PEX to avoid future failures in the pipes (which occurred with some regularity). Royal Flush's bid was in line with the typical costs and having had good experiences with them in the past went with them for this work. I have no regrets or reservations and am very happy with the work they did.

I had them recently install a new heating system and indirect hot water tank installation.
From the time I called to make an appointment they were great!
I talked to a very nice lady over the telephone. She was very professional

She gave me my appointment in just a few days .
The company owner came out to explain all my options for the new installation.
He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision to install a new heating system.
I was given a day when he would start the job and it was only in a few days.
Great workmanship is very important to me and that's exactly what I got.
I was very elated when the job was finished.
I give them an A+ for doing a great job from start to finish.

Royal Flush plumbing and heating is the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. We recently had Royal Flush replace degrading and leaking copper pipe throughout our home with a new PEX system. We were so pleased with the experience I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or heating work to be done in your home. They responded to our call quickly, they came to do the estimate in a timely manner, they were here to do the job on the day they scheduled and on time. The Royal Flush folks were great - friendly, informative and effective. They saved me some money showing me that I didn't have to do - this - instead, do that and it will work out better. And it has. I highly recommend them - we had a/c issues - but will call them for any plumbing needs also.

I had a new furnace/ac installed. They guys were here when they said they would be. I always got a call before they were coming informing me if they would be here that day or not. There was some minor glitches when the job was finished. As something came up Zack was responsive to my calls and coming back until I was satisfied and all was well.

They were great. I was a new customer. I described the problem and texted them photos of the situation. I received a telephone quote that was very close to what the actual cost was. They set my expectation for their arrival time, and he came at that time and on the same day! They had everything on the truck that they needed to install a new hot water heater and replace some old pipes. They took the old one away and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I recommend them very highly. I will definitely call on them again if I need service.

I recently used them to fix an issue with my home central air. They were able to get Bob the technician over same-day. Bob was very pleasant, respectful and thoroughly explained the needed repair to me. He did not leave until he was certain that the repair was done correct and that I understood what was done. The pricing was consistent with other plumbers that I have used in the past. I would recommend them!

Highly recommend! Very quick, honest, and professional. We lost heat right before the big storm and we were very nervous we were going to be without heat all day/night. They had Zach over within an hour and he had everything done after he got parts. We weren’t without heat long at all thankfully to their responsiveness. We were very thankful for their speedy response as we know this is a busy time of year. Thank you!

Great group of guys, courteous, timely, and dependable. Explained everything well and gave me options. I have used them for re piping of a bathroom (reno), and re piping of some leaky water pipes in my cellar. Highly recommend.
