I am a new home owner and this was my first encounter with Sinclaire. I am very happy to say these guys are very knowledgeable professional and efficient with their work. Vinny and Brennen thank you for your service today. Highly recommend this company. Will continue to use them in the future. Had my shower valve replaced today in a timely manner. I am new to all this home owner repairs but glad I found this company to help out with faucet dripping issue. Thank you again. Will spread the word!

I was have a few problems with my old boiler, primarily that there was a slow leak coming from an area near the burner/igniter.

I called up Sinclaire (who I now use regularly for repairs and services), and a great technician, named Sean, was at my house within 30 minutes.

Sean was thorough and comprehensive with his repair -- he replaced a jet line and cleaned out the burner, finding and fixing the problem smoothly.

Everything has been working very well since Sean's repair, and I will (as usual) call Sinclaire again when I need a repair or service because they are excellent. Highly recommend to anyone in the Walpole area and beyond!

In an age where customer service is not always the shining star of a company, Sinclaire proves that service is indeed important. They installed heat pumps for us two years ago. We got quotes from 3 companies, including our then oil provider. Ben came out and looked at everything and then sat with us for well over an hour going through every possible thing we could think of and some we hadn't. Every member of the installation team was courteous, attentive and made sure everything stayed super clean.
This year during the cold snap our oil burner thermostat broke down. Sinclaire came out and after many hours fixed everything. Rather than just charging hundreds of dollars they suggested a maintenance plan that could cover the work they did AND provide maintenance calls and discounts. The plan would end up saving us money taking into account the work they did that day would be covered AND they would come out and do maintenance work on both the heat pumps and the oil burner.
Unfortunately a few weeks later, the thermostat malfunctioned again. We arranged to have them come out and check the thermostat AND do the first maintenance inspection of both the heat pumps and the oil burner. Their super friendly and kind technician, (I'm going to call him Red because I can't recall his name but he has red hair and beard) came today and you couldn't ask for a nicer service worker. First he set about inspecting the entire heat pump system inside and out. He cleaned every filter and answered all of my husband's questions. Then he started on the 40 year old oil burner. He did find somethings that needed to be repaired. Next was the thermostat. Over several hours he tried multiple fixes and even collaborated by phone and in person with other coworkers, all trying to save us the cost of a new thermostat. Ultimately we did need a new thermostat but rather than just install one he talked to my husband about the problem and which thermostat he thought would be the best replacement. Did i mention it was a Friday afternoon and he never complained about it being 5 o'clock??
Before he left he set up a meeting for us in our home with Ben again so he could review with us the issues with the oil burner and what our options are. There wasn't an immediate the fix will cost x amount. They are giving us several price options with different amounts of work.
I don't know what Sinclaire does to insure their workers are so polite and knowledgeable but we so appreciate their work and the white glove service they provide without charging you the highest charge. Sinclaire will be our provider for life.
PS If you are considering heat pumps, we strongly encourage you to do it. They have saved us thousands of dollars over oil.

I called Sinclaire Home Services to fix my gas furnace. They arrived on time and did an excellent job explaining my options. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, making sure I understood everything. The entire process was smooth, and I was impressed by their expertise and efficiency. We just got back from the hospital with a newborn and our AC blower decided it was time to go out. I called the next morning and within a couple of hours John came out and had everything back up and running. Explained everything and presented a couple options going forward with some of our home systems. 10/10

They call me every year to remind me to set up a service. Clean and great work Techs are always a pleasure to deal with and always explain what they did. Great company!!! The pic was the unit which was taken apart “not fully” but always put back and clean.

We have used Sinclaire for oil burner servicing for a number of years and they’ve been fantastic! They knowledgeable, diligent, and stand behind their work!

We highly recommend signing up for service contract because not only do you save money but more importantly you’re on their priority list especially when winters are cold and demand for service is high.

They also stand by their work. We had a part on our burner fail, which they came out and quickly replaced. Two years later it broke again and they repaired it free of charge.

Lastly their technician are very personable. I’ve gotten to know a few of them over the years and it’s nice knowing you’ve got a real relationship with a company and are not just another account number.

David Renner, plumber, provided excellent service to identify location of bathroom leak and resecure toilet. He took the time to explain what was wrong, gave advice to prevent in future, and discuss price options. Patient, professional, and detailed w cleaning up area. Thank you !

This is the second time we have used Sinclaire for mini splits. First time was at our rental property and this time at our home. We could not be happier !!! Their employees are amazing !!! They clean up after themselves and did a terrific job. We would highly recommend them !!! 5 stars for sure 😊

Highly recommend Sinclaire to anyone for HVAC! I’ve used them for years for maintenance across two different properties. When it came time to start thinking about a new gas furnace and central air replacement, I had Ben out for a quote. He was extremely patient and I never felt any pressure at all go forward with the work. I ended up moving forward with the project a few months later and the process was easy. Steven and Cory did my install and they were fantastic! The work came out great and they made sure to explain the new system to me before finishing. Highly recommended!

Every aspect of Sincliare's service has been a top notch experience - from the initial call and visit, to the assist on the rebate forms. We went to propane from oil and this was not an easy job. All along - Front office support is terrific, the crew was professional and the job was well done. See attached image - very clean and orderly build here. Thanks to Sinclaire for this great job, we are loving the new system.

I have the highest regard for Sinclair, who has provided me with careful assessment, installation and maintenance over the past four years. Since installation of my mini-split system, John and Bob (owners)have provided quick and detailed responses to my questions or concerns. In addition, they assisted throughout a bathroom renovation/expansion in the designing and construction phases. Every time that a service technician appears, he comes with foot coverings and a load of patience for my questions. I recently decided to give both my heating and HVAC maintenance contracts to Sinclair, knowing that I’m in good hands.

Frank was great! He came in and knew all about my heating system and replaced my thermostat with exactly what we needed. I highly recommend them

John Mc provided prompt and professional service on a holiday weekend repairing a faulty valve. With guests in town for the long weekend, it was nice to know that Sinclair and John Mc were there to alleviate a potentially stressful situation given that I had no hot water. He went above and beyond to ensure that this was resolved in a timely fashion. I highly recommend John and the team at Sinclair.

We needed a broken pipe under the kitchen sink fixed ASAP, as water was leaking into the basement right where the electrical box was. Sinclaire sent a team out within only a few hours, fixed the pipe, and made sure to waterproof the area so it won’t happen again. They even recommended a company to help with the water damage. We’re returning customers and will continue to call on them for our plumbing needs. A+ company!

Excellent service as usual. I placed a service call on Tuesday and a temporary fix was put in and parts were ordered. Within 24 hours the system is up and running. Zach was a true professional. This is why I keep renewing my service contacts through Sinclair. It’s worth it thanks again.

The tech was courteous and friendly. He explained the issue he was solving and I learned something. The boiler is 41 years old so getting a system estimate next week.

Service was fantastic! Our gas boiler went out and someone came out immediately to remedy the situation. Even late on a Friday night they were able to get a technician on FaceTime to answer our questions when smelling gas due to our pilot light going out for a 2nd time in 2 days. Being almost a 10 yr old unit they suggested replacing it and were able to come that Monday and took only an hour to replace. Great service and very kind employees! Will definitely use again if needed! (but hopefully not any time soon 🤞🏻)

Wonderful company. Great employees. Josh came and did the yearly cleaning and he found that I need to replace a few items. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He replaced the items in need of repair. Sinclaire Homes Services is very lucky to have him as an employee. I couldn't be happier.
