I only wish that I had “Been&Sullivan prior to today’s service!
I have had three other local HVAC companies for service.
I watched each worker service my furnace.
Today Kevin arrived & I knew immediately that he was the “real deal”!
Kevin was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, & he answered all of my questions in terms that I understood!
What a wonderful young man!
So patient & kind!
I realized immediately that the other companies didn’t do half of the service that Kevin provided!
One company said that I didn’t need a new filter, but I insisted & they put in the wrong one!
Kevin did so many tests to check out my furnace & none of the other companies did any of these!
I would highly recommend Kevin & “Breen & Sullivan” to all of my family & friends for sure!
Thanks for a marvelous experience!!!!

I had Breen & Sullivan install a few new water lines at my house and other general plumbing tasks- Jimmy H and Brian S did a great job, in a timely manner, for a fair price and most importantly: extremely clean! I cannot stand having to pickup after contractors, and I had zero to do once Jimmy and Brian left.

We had a Mitsubishi split duct system installed in our house last year. We agreed on a price which was $4000 cheaper than my lowest quote. They said they would start the job the following Monday. The 4 men were there promptly at 7AM and work started immediately. The job took 2.5 days and not once did I find anybody standing around. Each tech seemed to know every aspect of their job. They were very professional and kept us informed along the way. I have had many friends and family comment on the visually pleasing appearance of their work. Overall, I would not hesitate to hire this company in the future. From initial design to the finished product, Breen & Sullivan were outstanding

Guss “Gustavo” in service is amazing. He fixed our residential AC system which had a leak last summer and today he installed a new thermostat and did our AC service to make sure it is good for summer. Hard worker, very clean, respectful, honest excellent employee. Very grateful he came today and we chose AC service with your company. Thanks very much!

Fast response time, and 6 different departments make it your one stop shop, hvac, electrical, plumbing, FLS, you name it and they take care of it,

Timothy from Breen and Sullivan came out to check our HVAC system. Although there was no problem with it, he noticed that the dryer vent was not hooked up in the attic - a potential fire hazard. He immediately let me know and connected me to the sheet metal group at Breen. John came out to fix it and found that our developer had never vented it to the outside. John got the additional supplies he needed and worked creatively and carefully to fix the issue in our very small and cramped attic. Both Tim and John were personable and professional and kept me informed every step along the way. Very satisfied customer!

Completed work in a timely manner.

Breen and Sullivan were generally quick to respond to an HVAC need at our home in Boxford. Andy and the team there worked through a challenging condensation issue we had in a fair and professional manner. I would recommend this service.

One of your Hammond electric drivers just tried to run me off the road and slam into my sedan with my two kids inside. I called the local number to report. That was absolutely psychotic and he needs to be off the road. Each tech represents your company. Do the right thing and resolve this before someone gets hurt.

Haven’t used them before. But their employees drive extremely recklessly on the highway, would never hire them because of that. Cutting people off in thick traffic? Riding peoples butt’s just a few feet behind them? Not even getting ahead pulling these maneuvers over the course of 10 miles? Maybe should learn driving like that rarely gets you ahead. You’re the reason roads aren’t safe

Drivers got major road rage

I tried to get them to quote a new HVAC system for my house but they said they are not taking any new customers.

The drivers / Tec's for Breen & Sullavan need anger management courses I am driving to work at 5:30 am on 62 in Middleton all of a sudden a Breen and Sullavan truck Cuts me off than proceeds to drive 25 mph slamming on the breaks for 3 miles the speed limit is 40 mph on the section we were traveling I was originally tracking at that rate when I was cut off. I was close only because I WAS CUT OFF and than forced to go 25mph. Do your self a favor use a smaller hvac company were they personally know and pick the drivers/ Tec's Just my 2 cents I called and left a message about the driver what time and were it happened hopefully he has a disaplinarry action from higher ups and pays more attention to the traffic around him and POSTED speed Limits

Called and asked for them to come out to inspect our company's current HVAC system for a potential upgrade. Glenn Carlson (General Manager) came out to inspect the system and said he would get back to me with a quote on the work required. Two weeks went by, sent him an email asking for any updates, no response. The third week, I called and left a voicemail, no call back. Two months later after 3 emails and 2 phone calls, I haven't heard a word from him or the company. Apparently I wasn't important enough. Do yourself a favor and work with someone else.

I can’t speak to their mechanical services but I was tailgated on the highway by one of their trucks and if their rudeness on the highway speaks to their customer service I would not hire them! I was driving 60 in a 55 mph zone and it was busy rush hour traffic so there was nowhere else to go but this guy was sticking 5 feet behind me. Dangerous and rude behavior!

they came out and fixed my air conditioner promptly - the service tech was great to deal with - I then tried to get a service contract and have them come back out again for some plumbing problems. Went downhill from there. Tried to contact them for over a week - no one returned called and then the owner Jimmy called me and was as rude as could be. Basically called me a liar about calling and said he didnt want our business. Was yelling over phone and wanted to continue to argue.

They say true people personality is shown in their driving style. This guy basically run me off the road, i was in left lane (turning left), with wife and two little kids, and he was in another line right next to me, slightly behind. It seems he was in wrong lane so he then decided to start merging into my lane, basically into my car. I was honking at him and tried to get ahead if him when he looked at me straight in the face with no emotion and kept merging in. The light turn red (pictured) so he had to stop, i opened the window and he didnt even appologized but with smirk face said "i dont where i am going". I told him both lanes are left lanes so he doesnt need to push me off so he said "thanks" and when light turned "green" he cut me off anyway. Welcome to American ignorance, arrogance and self entitlement... No morals or respect to people around him. How he gets any job offers is beyond me.
