Cold water intake on Water heater tank burst on a Saturday night, CMS had new tank installed by midday Monday. Timely response and very professional service.

I researched a 'tankless water heater' project for well over a year receiving five quotes from various sources, including a few 'under the table' independent contractors. The CMS plumbing bid was not only the lowest estimate but also the most detailed, outlining each phase of installation along with a basic schedule. Dave, Shawn and the entire team, including the office rep Lisa were professional and responsive every step of the way.
The project was completed cleanly and in a timely manner with added attention to detail. Little things like valves facing a convenient way for maintenance, a neat and condensed install and leaving the area clean when finished go a long way in validating why this company will be my first call for any future needs.

We had a great experience with Troy and Chris installing our new dishwasher and the water line to our refrigerator.

Our house was new when we bought it and CMS installed everything. They have over the years been excellent. I would highly recommend them for all hvac and heating systems. The team is great at communicating and are also v personable too.

We had a great experience with Sean, who came out to replace our garbage disposal. He was on time, professional, and really knew what he was doing. The entire process was smooth and efficient—from removal of the old unit to installation of the new one.

Sean was also super friendly, he worked neatly and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work.

Had a semi-emergent plumbing problem. Plumber was dispatched the day I called. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable explaining problem, resolution and recommendations. Repair done efficiently. Would use services again.

CMS just finished installing ductless heat pumps in 3 bedrooms. From the proposal stage to job completion, CMS has been thorough in helping me understand my options and accommodating my preferences. The installation process was seamless. We used one wall unit and 2 ceiling cassettes, which suit the aesthetics of our 100-year old home. The ceiling units took up minimal space in the attic, leaving it open for storage or expansion.

Dave and Bryan explained the system operation clearly and got me set up on the wireless app. I feel confident we've made a good choice! So far, we've only used a bit of cooling, but the system is extremely quiet and cools effectively. Choosing CMS was a great move.

Adam was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problem with my gas furnace in one afternoon. A mother board had to be replaced.

Tech Don Kenney from CMS Plumbing and HVAC came to my home on 12/9/24 to troubleshoot my Laars Endurance hot water boiler, as I had been having intermittent heating issues on all three heating zones. Ken identified the failure of the three-way heating/ hot water valve, which is scheduled to be replaced. Professional and knowledgeable. I was quite satisfied with CMS work in my home.
