We changed from a propane heating and hot water system to all electric. As for the installation: the team was professional, appeared to worked well together and performed the requested job in the timeframe agreed upon. The team was very tidy. We are quite happy with the installation! Thank you.

Brian at Central Cooling & Heating was great (as all their techs are).

He was courteous, honest, and straightforward. He explained everything clearly and offered options on how to proceed with a repair (even encouraging to price shop, and not feel pressured).

Overall, great experience, and highly recommended.

My technician was Phil. He came to my house and was friendly and personable as soon as I opened the door. He took the time to explain to me all the steps he was taking in my maintenance appointment. He was also extremely efficient and respectful of the time. I highly recommend!

Christopher did a great job. He’s friendly and well informed about my HVAC system and gave me some hints to prolong its life. I really appreciated his knowledge.

The tech team from Central Cooling & Healing came to rescue our HAVC system just in time for the cold snap coming right after the New Year's Eve. A Meli explained the complete workflow from identifying problems to implementing the solutions interactively. So we know we're paying for professional job at an honest price. Kelvin was a very efficient, well versed and an extremely polite technician . Kelvin knew exactly what was happening with the heating system and explained the issues fully to me. Central Cooling & Heating is lucky to have an employee of Kelvins caliber. Also Lisa in the office who answered my call was extremely helpful and reassuring to me.

We had our annual maintenance A/C performed today. Brian, the technician who did work did a wonderful job he was very thorough and very knowledgeable in every aspect of maintenance procedures. I would recommend him to perform the maintenence on your A/C. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Kudos to Brian

Central Cooling is a great company. For more than 20 years they have done repairs, provided system maintenance and even installed a new heating and hot water system with reliable and well-trained specialists. Last week Phil & Marcus came for an annual inspection. The work they did, the advice and insights they provided were outstanding, perhaps my best experience in 20 years. Thank you.

Phil and Marcus were so great. My heat wasn’t working this morning and they helped explain what may have been happened (could have been user error) and were super patient and understanding. They ran the heat pump several times, gave my dog some love and shared some tips and best practices.

Brian was a great resource and answered all our concerns. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient. Central heating has found a gem in Brian. Very very thorough and pleasant to work with. I have had the same tech Bruno Barbosa - several times and he has been terrific. He is very professional and competent. Each time, I have been very impressed by the fact that he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and how things work. He points out what may potentially be a problem later. He is a great asset to Central Cooling and Heating.
