William, Rafael and Miguel did a great job insulating my 100 year old condo with blown-in insulation. They were thorough, efficient, friendly and cleaned up everything very nicely. Would recommend this crew and program!

Cesar Martinez and his team did an excellent job cleaning up after the weatherization.

Great experience all around especially the work done by truck #122 with Nick, Justin and Darling. They were everything you could ask for in a contracted work job. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and polite. Answered all my dumb questions without making me feel out of place and completed job in allocated work time and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend this trio and if I need any more work done am making it a point to ask for them. Thank you guys !

We did not have a good experience but this was 2 years ago. The person gave us a quote that was too high and he wouldn't insulate an area that we wanted insulated. After we signed, he sent a note saying that he missed something and increased the cost to us - now in the thousands. We waited 2 years for another audit. The 2 year date was a couple of days away, but they wouldn't even schedule (for after that date) until the exact 2-year date. We phoned another company, and they made the appointment for after the 2 year date. They did the audit today and the cost to us was almost a third of the HomeWorks price. Furthermore, they are insulating the part we wanted insulated. When we compared the two quotes, it was clear they had made a relatively straightforward insulation job much more complex than justified.It might be that my sales agent was incompetent; it also might be a high pressure company. So, get another quote just to be sure - in principle they should be charging the same for the same work based on the MassSave agreement.
