Reece was excellent! He was here on time was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes and had the parts in his truck and so now my AC is fixed and the house is cooling down. I highly recommend this company and as I said, Reece was fantastic!

I was so pleased to meet Chad and his team they were remarkably conscientious, respectful, hard-working, and extremely qualified to do the work I needed done. They finished the insulation of my HVAC mini split system in one day! My home was left spotless. I cannot recommend Chad and his crew Enough. Great group of gentlemen.

Had a really good experience with Charlie and his team over at Stratz. He was able to quote and build me a system of the exact specs I was looking for and offered his recommendations which I ended up going with. He updated me throughout the process and did a quality check after the installation to make sure everything was running smoothly and correctly. He was able to do the installation in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the quality of the service and product they provided. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

We had our furnace repaired by Caleb and he performed a great job and was very knowledgeable and polite.

We are repeat customers of Stratz Heating and Cooling. Furnace is over 30 years old, and almost dead. We did our bids for the replacement furnace and A/C selected a Trane. System was installed quickly, with no issues, best called smooth. Workers (three) were very professional and worked quickly (was sub-zero too). Never got any names (other than Charlie - and I do not think he was there-maybe??) dealing with the replacment work. I do have 2 of 3 of the mens were captured with the video camera on 4-15-25 when the work was done, it will no download from Google. I can sent the video if wanted, just not via the Google review system.... We are both very happy having heat and a system that works great. Thank you Today we called hearing metal sounds when the system is ending the unit ends the heat run. Nick is usual of him made quick diagnose of the system. Tin in the ducks stretched and the system air moves (like) and the air moves rapidly and clunks moving the tin from side to Side. Nick had some bracing and the system is now quick. Thanks for taking of us! Got the a/c part of out heat and cooling system was gone and works great. The AC is very quiet compared from the 25+ system we had. Great job from Nick/Reece getting us take care of the job. Thank you again guys.
