Excellent customer service. At one point in the multiple times they have done work for me one time at night they spent better part of an hour walking me thru troubleshooting my furnace. Didn't charge me a dime.

Absolutely, positively 100% would recommend Turner Cooling & Heating! The owner, Steve, was phenomenal to work with after we almost got scammed by a bigger company. We were told many lies about our furnace from that big company and Steve came and reassured us there was absolutely no reason for the scare. We had our Heating go out in the middle of the night. We reached out to Steve and his team based on a recommendation from a Neighbor. He was there first thing the next morning and had us up and running in no time. We spoke to another company the night before and they were pushing to replace the entire unit. Turner suggested a much less costly fix and insisted the unit had good years left. Thank you for your help in finding the best cost effective solution. We will be recommending Turner moving forward and will continue to use their services!
