Brad was very responsive to my initial call and both Jeremy and Dane sowed up the next day and installed my new furnace. This company was very prompt, honest and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

They were great! It’s August 10th, I thought there’s no way I’m getting someone out here today. Received a text early afternoon, Keegan was here before 5pm! He and the company were very impressive in the responsiveness and dedication to make sure the job was done correctly. I would highly recommend them.

Wanted a quote by phone to replace my Mom's furnace, and Brad was one of very few that took the time to explain charges and give full information on exactly what was needed and when they could do the work. Other companies would not quote without a visit that they charged for (thanks Vincents for the $119 charge for nothing).
Brad's team showed up and had the new furnace in quickly, neatly and for a price that was very competitive. I would do business with them again!

My AC was fried from a power surge during a heat wave. Affordable showed up within 1day, on time, when promised. Had a new AC installed the very next day. Looks great. Runs great. Thanks guys. They were professional and clean. They even went above and corrected other things the previous AC installer had done shoddily. To top it all off, I didn't know I was automatically entered into a contest. Imagine my surprise when I get a text telling me I won $1000 and 4 movie tickets. Made a great experience even sweeter.

Brad and his team did great work and were in & out the next day. New AC working great and clean work. 5/5 would recommend to anyone!

Brad, the technician, was really polite and professional. My appt. window time was 11am to 1pm. Brad finished his other appt. early and called at 9:30am saying he would be there at 9:45am. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem, maybe 15 minutes to fix it. Total repair cost $286. He said it was a cylinder part that broke which was responsible for spinning the ac fans. Since the part broke, the fans stopped spinning. Yes, I would recommend Affordable Heating and Cooling services.

We were in need of a new furnace and central air. In collecting estimates most companies were way out of the ballpark and the person giving the estimate would not be there for the install. Not so with Affordable Heating and Cooling. Brad the owner answered the phone right away and he was always dependable in following up with my questions. He accompanied his crew on the day of the install and got right in there and worked with them. They had the new furnace and air in within one day and were all awesome and reliable. They came right back after the gas company installed the meter and had the furnace running right away. I am very satisfied with all of them and won't ever use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs. I am so thankful that there are truly reliable business professionals left in Corporate America. Kudos to Affordable Heating and Cooling you have my gratitude!

My AC unit quit during the hottest part of the summer. They were able to install a new American made unit the next day. That arrived on time, cleaned up the workspace and were very professional. Good quality and value!

Fast response time. The guys had the job done in the same time it took another company to call me back just to set up to get a estimate! They have superior service!!!!! The team is honest, knowledgeable, professional and friendly just to name a few! They have great prices! We also was able to get VA discount as well.

We're so happy we found this company!! We got an estimate for a new air conditioner and they were able to install it first thing the next morning. I have a son with special needs and Epilepsy so we very much appreciated that. The workers arrived early, which we loved and they were both very friendly!!! The air is working great and we're very happy!

When our furnace went out over the winter and needed to be replaced, Brad came out on a Sunday afternoon and the whole job was completed the very next day. We went to turn on our A/C unit for the first time in our new home and of course it wouldn’t turn on. We called Brad at 5:30pm and he answered and said he could come over in the morning! He was very responsive and on time. He discovered what was wrong and explained to me in easy terms to understand, what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We appreciated him and the time he took to help us. I would 100% recommend!

These gentlemen are professional, knowledgeable and respond fast! I needed to replace a 20+ year old furnace (no heat) in one of the coldest weeks in January and these guys made it happen. Explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Highlighted my different options/prices for replacement equipment that best suited me and replaced it all the next morning!! Got my furnace replaced recently. Excellent service and very friendly technicians. Prompt response by owner and quick installation. They’ll make sure that everything works fine and clean up all the mess. Highly recommend them for HVAC needs. I’ll be using them to replace my air conditioning unit also soon.

Very helpful, super reasonable pricing to replace my ancient ac and furnace in my home, answered all of my questions and helped us getting linked up with financing so that updating was affordable and possible at this time! Wonderfully respectable and cleaned up after themselves leaving nothing for me to clean up or take care of. Came out same day to look and was very accommodating to my schedule!

I had called Affordable Heating ,Cooling and Refrigeration when I needed a winter checkup. So when my furnace started to go I called on a Saturday for help. They told me they could do the installation for me on Monday as they had a cancellation. Set me up with a finance company and we made the appointment. Monday morning Keegen and Jay came with the new furnace and got right to work. It took 3-4 hours but it was in and on! They made sure it was working correctly, cleaned up and I had a new furnace.They were very polite,quick and helpful answering my questions as was Heather at the office. Wonderful service for a great price! Brad is great, friendly and took care of my ac unit. He serviced my unit twice but only charged me once. Went out of his way to take care of our needs. Thank you so very much Brad!

I will start off by saying that I rarely write reviews. Good or bad. But Brad and his team deserve this review. My furnace went out in the evening and I called his office at 6:30am, assuming I would either get an answering service or voicemail. Brad answered the phone and told me he could have someone out by 8:30am that same day. The furnace was almost 20 years old and I knew I was needing to replace soon. Brad presented me with options to fix or replace. I ultimately chose to replace and he had his crew back out to my house that same day by 11:00am. His crew was professional and courteous. Not to mention that his fees are fair and competitive in the market. I would recommend Affordable Heating to anyone in the market.
