Every experience we have had with Vredevoogd has been positive. Recently we needed a new water heater and did not hesitate to call Vredevoogd. Curtis and Mark were on time, called to let us know they were on their way, were polite, smart and knew what they were doing. Everything went smoothly without problems and they were done in about 2 hours. They even let our boxer meet them and were very kind to him. Our boxer, Marko, thought they were the best and they were! I would not hesitate to call vredevoogd again. They replaced our furnace yrs ago and did a great job with that too. They are the ones to call! They will not disappoint you.

Got great service and same day install with Vredevoogd. Wasn't an emergency situation but i was happy to have more hot water that night! Greg Rosema and the install team were polite, clean, accommodating and answered all of my questions.

We needed to buy a new furnace to replace our old heating oil furnace. The company sent Greg out to talk to us about the options that we had available. He was easy to talk to informative and make sure he did all of his research. When we did the install, Zach, Trent and Griffin did an amazing job and Treated our house with respect why they did the full. We are very satisfied with the overall experience They’re just one phone call away.

Jackson did an awesome job explaining the issue he found during the annual heater inspection. He showed me the video so I could see the issue. He demonstrated excellent communication skills, professionalism and empathy. Highly recommend VredevoogdHeatingCooling and Jackson.

My furnace died on a Sunday morning. Greg came Monday morning! and shared info on my best options for a new one. Then he was able to schedule the install the next morning!!! Thank you Greg! So professional, knowledgeable and kind. Even helped/instructed me on how to switch one of my breakers back. 😊

Aaron did a fantastic job. I called for a furnace issue, and was pleasantly surprised they fit me in same day. Aaron diagnosed our problem, and showed pictures of the situation, and impressively knowledgeable of the job that needed to be done. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were informed and satisfied with his service. A great company, and better employee.

My furnace wasn't working. I contacted Vredevoogd and Steve V came out and discovered my 23 year old furnace needed to be replaced. A couple days later Denny came out and installed our new furnace by himself. I can't say enough good things about both of these guys. It is not fun to have to purchase a new furnace, but these two and the office lady's I spoke with were top notch people. They were so helpful and very professional. I appreciate the fast and excellent job and experience I had with them all. Hat's off to Vredevoogd heating and cooling.

Our furnace went out Friday evening. We called seven heating and cooling companys. Vredevoogd was only one that responded. Our old furnace was fixed for weekend. New furnace was installed Monday. All the techs that we worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was shoveling when first tech arrived and he helped me finish driveway Great service and price.

Spencer S. and Griffin B. arrived as scheduled and completed our HVAC installation in the estimated time frame. They were knowledgable and very efficient. Spencer gave us a thorough overview of our new systems and answered all our questions. Work area was left clean. They were courteous and all times and respected our home and property. We are very satisfied, as always, with Vredevoogd and their well trained and experienced technicians.

New furnace was installed 5 days ago and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of workmanship and the planning that went into the correct size of furnace installed. Finally a company that is knowledgeable,professional, and very customer friendly. I have had other Lansing based hvac companies service my furnace in the past and Vredevoode is clearly the best.

Jan. 23 2026. Our service guys were Spencer S.and Korbin S, they were so pleasant , and knowledgeable about installing the furnace. They also the job done fairly quick. Yes, we have used this company for all our needs in the last 4 years and never had a bad experience with any of their service people. So I totally recommend this company.

Two fantastic Vredevoogd plumbers replaced my water heater tank today and took out an old sink and faucet in my basement. They were professional, efficient, friendly, answered all my questions, and did a great job - going the extra mile to move my washer so that the hose reached the drain once the sink was out and securing the hose so it can’t slip or move. I am so happy with Vredevoogd. Their staff is really the best!

Rob and Ben came out on Christmas Eve day to install a new furnace for me after the old one stopped working the day before. They were prompt in arriving, respectful of my home, and patient in explaining and programming the new thermostat for me, how to replace the furnace filter on the new unit, and other information that was important for me to know. They were kind and professional and the install went very well because of their knowledge and experience. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this company as well as would use them again without hesitation.

Mike came out to give me a quote on replacing my furnace and AC unit. I’ve had great service but Mike went above and beyond making sure I understood the whole process! His many years of expertise in this field maid the process even better! Thank you Mike for all you do!

When I turned on the tap this morning, my water was an interesting shade of brown. I believed that the issue was the result of a problem VredevoogdHeatingCooling had dealt with last fall. So I called and was able to be seen within an hour. Quinton appeared to be thorough in his investigation of the issue, which was eventually resolved by replacing the water filter At this point in time I am happy with the resolution and the future plan to prevent it happening again. I feel Quinton did an excellent job.

Steve was very thorough & professional. He made the inspection and clearly stated my options. He was able to get someone here first thing the next morning. Devin and Don arrived the next morning. They removed my old furnace; installed a new furnace, new ducts, and a new thermostat; then they replaced my water heater. Very professional. They took steps to make sure they didn't track anything into my house. Lastly, they explained everything they did and explained about the warranties. I would definitely recommend them.

Furnace tune-up: First time customer. Delighted with the service by Nathan and Dave. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They did a thorough tune up (more extensive than prior tune ups I have had). They also offered me excellent affordable options for some other concerns I raised. Now signed up for the membership program. Thank you!

They came in and remove the old water heater. Then installed the new one. In and out and just over two hours. They did a great job!! I definitely use them again.

A month later, I had them install electrical panel. They did an awesome job! Still would hire them again.

Austin came out to fix some outside water pipes even in this cold weather. He was very knowledgeable and so kind. He was not scheduled to look at a water heater problem but did it and gave his recommendations. He also asked several times if there was anything else he could help with. He wore shoe coverings inside my house without asking so not to track through. We have medically fragile daughters which he was very respectful about our protecting them. He fixed the outside water pipe and then passed on the water heater information and just now we are scheduled to get that fixed. Vredevoogd has been awesome to work with and we have worked with them in the past too. Austin was awesome and we would hire them anytime to fix things.
