Got to my house within an hour of me calling and found the source of our problems right away! I'm always hesitant to give a perfect 5 stars for anything but he deserves it.

My water heater broke, flooded the basement, a friend of mine recommended Sigma Pro.
Paul came within two hours, installed new water heater, recommended couple brands, we choose RHEEM.
Installation went smoothly, I would recommended Sigma Pro to anyone.

Paul from Sigma Pro Plumbing is professional and provided an excellent service whenever we had plumbing issues. He installed the water line for the refrigerator back in May and then just fixed a leaking valve under the kitchen sink. He is very responsive and very reasonable with the prices. Thanks Paul!

Paul's 5-star rating is well deserved. I called him for help with my hot water heater and he came right over. He told me what the problem was and showed me a YouTube video that showed me how I could fix the problem myself if I wanted to - and that diagnosis was free! A few days later I decided I wanted to replace the hot water heater anyways because it was near the end of its lifespan and I'd rather do a planned replacement than an emergency replacement. Paul was very responsive and recommended some options for me.

Ultimately he replaced my hot water heater and our kitchen sink. His cost estimate was clear. He communicated with me regularly before, during, and after the job. He was respectful of our home, patient with our nosy dog, and cleaned up when the work was complete.

Paul was responsive, he came and explained what needed to be done. He came to I stalled some piping for a gas dryer and to fixed garage disposal plumbing. He explained what was done and I have tested both dryer and garbage disposal for some days. All working good.

I found Sigma Pro after reading these Google reviews. I reached out and Paul was able to replace my failed sump pump same day. The experience was so good that I requested a quote for a water powered backup system installation which he also performed at a great price. He ran through system operation and maintenance with me after the work was done. Highly recommended.

Wow!!! The company I originally scheduled to replace a water heater was 4 hours late (not even a phone call). So on advice from a friend, I called friend Sigma Pro. I am BEYOND satisfied with this company! Not only was Paul was here within an hour of my call, he completed the project in record time! And the price!!!! Again, WOW!!! You simply cannot beat it!! Sigma Pro is definitely on speed dial now!!! Fast, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. All the boxes are checked!!

We suddenly ran out of hot water, and our water heater’s repairs were way outside of our expertise. We called Sigma Pro Thursday night and Friday early afternoon Paul showed up to help us. He diagnosed the problem and got it fixed immediately and for a fair price! I would absolutely call Sigma again, and you should too if you want a trustworthy, diligent plumber to help you.

Edit: I should add that he, himself ran to the store to get our new water heater. Before picking it up, he checked to confirm we wanted that one. He then brought it back for us and quickly installed it. All in all, Paul made this whole, worrisome thing a stress-free experience! We all know this kind of thing can be anything but :)

My Richmond unit was leaking. I called Sigma and spoke with Paul. Paul was at my house within 2 hours. Installation was wonderful, Paul was informative and very helpful. Cleaned up after himself and left the area exactly as it was. I couldn't ask for better service. Would use again and recommend to others 100%!
