Company is absolutely horrible had a technician come out to the house as a subcontract for epic property management the technician reassured us that the work completed was not our fault and was an accumulation of old tenantes he assured us this was not our issue and should not be responsible for the reapir 2 weeks later we got a bill saying that we are responsible for the repair so now we are stuck with a bill that is not our the technician does not remember what he did there is not structure to they’re company, we will never use them again the issue isn’t the money it’s the lack of professionalism and notes and accountability on their end

The HVAC service provided by this company has been extremely poor. They appear to misrepresent or omit key service details, possibly in an attempt to avoid accountability. In my case, the air conditioning in my unit was not cooling properly. I was blamed for setting the fan to “on” instead of “auto,” but this explanation is misleading. The “on” versus “auto” setting controls only the fan's operation—not the cooling function. I’ve consistently used the “on” setting during previous summers and winters without issue. This setting simply determines whether the fan continues circulating air when the cooling or heating cycle is off. The actual issue was a failure in the HVAC system’s refrigerant connection or compressor, which prevented cool air from being produced. However, this technical problem was not documented in the invoice sent to my property management, resulting in me being wrongly charged several hundred dollars. To make matters worse, the technician failed to return and recheck the system as promised, two hours after recharging it. This afternoon, the room temperature still reached 95°F, despite the thermostat being set to 60°F. I also have strong concerns that the technician who serviced my unit a month earlier may have intentionally left the refrigerant wiring disconnected, potentially to generate a repeat service call. This raises serious questions about the integrity and professionalism of this service.
