Service tech electric is phenomenal. They did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. Fast courteous, explained everything. They put a new circuit breaker box in, a 220 line and Wyandotte electrical inspector came out and said they did a wonderful job and everything passed. Ken was knowledgeable and fast. I hired him to replace the service drop to my house and it was done in less than 3 hours. This will definitely be my go to electrician and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Found faulty wiring in the ceiling. Ken came out the next day and gave my mother a great price. The technician came out and pulled the old wiring out and replaced with new. Anyone who starts a home improvement project knows that once the project starts, it grows. That's what happened when I set out to replace my kitchen countertop and backsplash, and ended up needing an electrician. Fortunately, I googled residential electricians near me and found Ken Stone and Service Tech Electric. His reviews were great so I gave him a call. I was not disappointed. I called him on Tuesday, he looked at the job on Wednesday, and by Saturday the work was done. I found Ken to be honest, knowledgeable, fair priced, efficient, and conscientious about his work and cleaning up afterwards. I felt like he gave me the service I needed without trying to sell me on things I didn't need. Licensed as an electrician and electrical inspector, he's also insured, Covid conscious, and warrants his work. Those qualities gave me the confidence I needed to hire him. I'll be calling him again when I need more electrical work done, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Ken and Ed did a great job wringing out an old 3-way switch an installing a generator manual transfer switch. Gav a fair priced priced estimate and the work was done in a couple of days. I will call Ken for any other electrical work I need done, Excellent job Guys!

Ken and Mike were extremely prompt. They upgraded all of the outlets threw out my entire house. They also did my garage. I'm very pleased with the craftsmanship of how they ran the wiring. The work ethic is amazing. Would recommend them with out a doubt.

I needed some electrical work/updates done in my house. Ken and Ed came out and made all the necessary repairs. They explained all of the work that needed to be done to outlets and lights in my basement & bathroom to bring it up to code. They did an excellent job making all of the necessary repairs. My heroes! Ken and helper came same day to address what I was afraid might be a short in a ceiling light and a smoke detector hardwired in the attic that was beeping. They were so professional, good-natured and reassuring. Turned out was just a loose bulb in hard to reach ceiling chandelier . They also removed the attic smoke detector because too hard to reach and service! They gained my confidence and I will use them forever now! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any one!

Call Service Tech Electric!!! You won’t regret it!! I called Ken and he had Mike come out within the hour. I was shocked he actually showed up and worked to problem solve the issue and communicated with me while doing it. This company is honest, reliable and professional. In my experiences this is hard to find. I’ve had the worst luck with contractors and have been living without my air working since July because of an electrical issue all because I was afraid of being lied to and taken advantage of or the wonderful no call no shows for appointments. This company is dependable and honest!! It was a refreshing experience with a contractor.

Ken at Service Tech Electric knows his business. He was able to diagnose my problem in minutes and then once I told him I was getting the house ready to sell, found the code violations that needed to be addressed with the rest of the time allotted for my service call. He then scheduled an appointment to come back with the materials to correct the issues. He even was willing to match days with my other contractor since I live out of town, so he saved me a trip.
