HI, Ross Fellrath here, head of maintenance at Fair Oaks Apartments. Centerpoint decided we need at new gas meter at the last minute this year. We knew it was going to be a struggle to finish our project before the heating season. Darrin, Darrick, Kinsey, and Jason did what it takes to get the project finished on time to ensure our residents had heat in this unseasonably cold October. Also they are fun people and we had a good time! I wouldn't hesitate to call them, the work will be perfect.

BSI has come to the rescue twice and solved difficult problems with our old boiler at church. Reed was the technician with the magic touch. He's a great problem solver, a hard worker, professional and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service and communication on timelines. Project wasn’t completed on time and needed replacement parts once it was installed. Promised follow up service twice and never showed.

Very unprofessional! Asked for a price quote to change out a boiler system and they were way more expensive than any other company out there so we went a different route. Needed a different part repaired and they were upset we didn't use them the first time. Get over yourself...
