Mid City Cleaning provides janitorial services for the company I work for. Melissa, the day porter, is always friendly and does a great job with our facility. She is always around and responsive when there is an issue to attend to.

That's why I only give it three stars!

​I am writing this because I am beyond shaken by an encounter with the driver of Vehicle 1 today in Ramsey, just after 4:00 PM.
​This individual is an incredibly dangerous driver who has absolutely no business being on our roads. They cut me off so aggressively that they nearly ran me off the road entirely, all just to avoid missing their exit.
​This behavior is more than just "bad driving"—it is reckless and unacceptable. You could have easily caused a bad accident involving myself, my child, or my dog. To risk lives for the sake of a few seconds is pathetic.
​Do better. Your total lack of regard for human life is appalling, and I hope this serves as a wake-up call before you actually kill someone.

Terrible customer service skills. Very unprofessional, and will not treat you with respect. I recommend not contracting through them, or working for them. Other companies that will respect you as a human being, and not as an object. If you are a female, or a minority, keep away from them!

Worst experience i have ever had. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful. Called in to ask about services offered, and positions available, then told they cannot tell me over the phone, and to come in. When i asked what the name of female employee who answered the phone and i was speaking to, employee felt the need to raise voice, then proceeded to hang up the phone. Called back to speak to a manager, was treated disrespectfully as well, and he didn't want to acknowledge or apologize for their employee being unprofessional and disrespectful, and kept asking what i wanted.
I recommend not contracting through them for your own business, or working for them. Lots of other companies to go thru that will be help you, and have the decency to respect you. They lost a client today, and i say stay away for your own good.
