Luke was very thorough and did a great job. I had my A/C tuned up for the season. Checked every single component, thoroughly cleaned everything, and then explained the report carefully. I was expecting some add-on charges like most other service companies do. Bill was exactly as expected. Will not use any other company.

Flare responded to our broken furnace this winter and was able to replace it the following day. I had them back to replace the A/C unit. The A/C installer Ryan was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew completed the project under the time they estimated and left no mess. I’m happy with Flare and would recommend them to anyone.

Fast response time with knowledgeable and professional service. Dave responded same day to my voicemail and had a technician at my house in a matter of a couple of days to fix my AC during the last heatwave. The technician Luke took the time to explain all the details and make me aware of all the costs prior to performing the work.

This is exactly the local, honest heating and air conditioning company we were looking for. After being quoted $3,000 for a broken coil by Blue Ox Heating and Air, we called Flare for a second opinion. The technician was knowledgeable, not pushy, and *professionally* informed us that we had been lied to/misled. It was actually just an electrical issue. The total cost was less than $400 and he fixed it immediately. The AC has been running great since then.

I've had Flare out twice to fix issues with an AC unit the previous homeowner installed. Great service, quick appointments. Noah is great! Very friendly, quick to diagnose, and always able to solve the issue!

Noah my technician responded within 90 minutes of my call to their office. My A/C had not been tuned up since it was installed in May of 2021 (4 years). The loss of refrigerant (4 lbs.) caused the coils to ice and freeze up. The icing up caused a slow leak near the over flow pan inside our lower level which I discovered. I learned my lesson and will make a point to get a tune up prior to summer season in the future. Flare Heating and Air did a great job. My technician was Noah whom was very experienced and informative. I would highly recommend them.

Very impressed with their service for an AC fix. Noah arrived within 2 hours of the initial call, was polite, professional, knowledgeable, quickly determined the problem (circuit board) and checked and found out the board was still under warranty, saving me a lot of money. He had the replacement part in the truck, and was in-and-out in 45 minutes. Will definitely use them again.
