The guys came in one day and did both, the AirConditioner and the furnace. They did and excellent job. They were very nice and explained everything. I highly recommend them!

I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I was with the service and the respect that this company showed. It was unbelievable from the minute they walked in the door until the minute the job was done and even more so the respect that they showed myself, my home and even my grandson who unfortunately did bug them a lot but they were nice to him. They were like I said respectful to my home. I couldn't have asked for a better team to come and I appreciate all their hard work and I think that they should be praised and congratulated on a job well done. There were four four guys here and all four of them were very informative. Very helpful. Very courteous and even the salesman whose name is Chad. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the other four gentlemen that were here but Chad who was the salesman. He should also be praised he works for center point. I don't know a few guys can pass that on to him or not but I can't tell you how happy I am with the experience I had with all this situation. After feeling like I was a chicken on a rotisserie for the last 4 days, it was amazing to be able to enjoy my home again thanks to all their hard work

Highly recommended! We got ghosted by a previous contractor. Top Tier Heating And Air Conditioning went in to rescue us! They did come quickly to the house, made estimates and then we went ahead with scheduling. They gave us options and explained us pros and cons and how the installations will be done. The installation was smooth and clean! All done within the agreed window. In case anyone needs mini split, go ahead and work with them! Worry and hassle free!

John and team installed our new high efficiency furnace, rerouted the air in and exhaust out pipes, rewired the electric and thermostat and connected it to our A/C unit. All within 3 hours. That's why they are called Top-Tier. 👍

Went to fire up the furnace for the first time this year, and had a bad pressure switch. The furnace and AC are original to our house, and 20+ years old. After reading other reviews online, I filled out a service request at 2AM to have someone come out and get a quote.

I woke up to a text message from Jeff asking if I was available that day. Jeff came over as soon as he could to provide a quote. He even said they could get it installed as early as next day.

We had another company come and give us a quote as well, and we ended up going with Jeff and Top-Tier. We went ahead with their quote early afternoon, and they got us on the schedule next day.

Jeff and Richard arrived first thing in the morning, and we had a new furnace and AC within a few hours. They did an outstanding job.

I also wanted to take advantage of their cash discount, but wasn't sure I would be able to get cash from the bank on such short notice. Top-Tier was very accommodating, and said I could complete payment once I had the cash. Their main concern was getting a new, working furnace in so my family was warm and comfortable. This is the type of customer service that rarely exists anymore, especially for a company that I have never done business with. They truly care about the customer.

I will be going with Top-Tier Heating and AC for all of my HVAC needs, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done.

Top Tier is just the best. Their prices are reasonable, and their service is great. Do not be fooled by the "One Hour" companies on the TV commercials. They are deceptive, and outrageously expensive. Top Tier Heating & Air Conditioning is the way to go.

When I called this company, I was a little distressed because the house is for sale and the gas leak was found during an inspection. Top Tier came out the very next day and took care of the leak. I was impressed!

Answered questions fast. Great communication. Great price. Quality of work is high. They said they would be there at a certain time and they were! I would definitely go back to them.

We had Top Tier come out to inspect our AC unit this summer, and I can't say enough good things about their service. Given that our unit was almost 18 years old, we were prepared for the possibility of needing a replacement. However, what really impressed us was the approach of the Top Tier team. They assessed our situation without any pressure to purchase a new unit, even suggesting some potential fixes to extend the life of our old AC.

Ultimately, we opted to replace both our AC and furnace and also decided to install a garage heater while we were at it. The entire process was transparent and stress-free, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.

Garage heater went out. They were prompt, found the problem, provided a temporary fix for no cost and got back to me the next day with a quote on a new part. Next morning they were back with the part and had it fixed, running better than new in less than an hour. Professional, friendly and fast.

This is trusted locally owned business. My water boiler failed in the middle of cold snap. They came the next day, diagnosed and provided options of solutions. They charged reasonable fees with top notch services. I would recommend to anyone who has a problem with heating and cooling.
