Called for a quotation for a new furnace installed. Steve was there in a day. Provided three options and written quotations. During a phone call, he went over the features and benefits. Once we chose, the installation was scheduled and they had it done in about two hours. He followed-up after we had used the furnace to make sure we were happy. Honest and dependable!

Steve was the only person that answered the phone when my furnace went out. He was able to get to my house right away and diagnose the issue. He didn't have the part in his truck, but was able to procure the part and have the repair done in about an hour. He is professional and honest and I would recommend him to anyone. When we are ready to convert our stove to gas, I will be calling him for the job.

Horrible experience! My furnace wasn't working properly so my home warranty company sent Steve out to fix it. The first visit, he cleaned the sensor and declared the problem was fixed. Several days later, it wasn't working again. Steve came out again, this time saying it was the fan pressure gauge. He replaced that and again declared it was fixed. I asked him to double check anything else it could be, since I didn't want anything to be missed this time. He rudely dismissed my concern and refused to look at any other parts of the furnace, and said he was absolutely sure it was fixed. That very same night - it stopped working again! Needless to say, I had my home warranty company find a different company to send out after that. If you want someone to be rude to you and not address your concerns, call Steve. If you actually want your furnace to be fixed, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Could not be more thrilled with the service Steve provided. We used Aairgate's services through our home warranty when our A/C died. Steve was out first thing the next morning, and worked through until everything was working properly (even took time to travel and get part to make sure things would be fixed that day). He left his direct cell number and when I had follow up questions, he took the time to walk me through all the answers during off hours. We ran into another (unrelated) issue shortly after and he offered to come and fix it for a very reasonable charge. Would absolutely use again.

TERRIBLE! I had to spend extra money to have someone else come out due to my A/C being completely dirty. He charged me 200 dollars and stated that he cleaned it yet it just looked like Steve wiped it down. NEVER give him business. He should be out of business. I had another local company come out and they fixed my issue perfectly. Of course, charged me more than before because the tune up Steve performed was indeed so poorly done that the unit was very dirty. I called steve to try and ask him to come back out and fix the issue and HE SAID ONLY IF HE CAN CHARGE ME! So rude. So unprofessional. So lazy.

UPDATE AT BOTTOM: I would have stuck with Steve, but he was so rude on the phone. We have not used our A/C and the previous owners had him come out to perform a tune up. It caused some sort of rattling with the A/C unit. I called him back and he was completely rude on the phone. I could careless to be charged, but the fact he talked down to me and was completely rude. I am just one person.. there is no way i would impact his business, but go locally somewhere else. So many better options out there. UPDATE: He did not clean or tune-up the HVAC system. So, the Coil was completely covered with sheet rock (just bought the house and had him come out and clean it) ... we knew we wouldn't use the A/C for a little bit but wanted to make sure it was all clean before we did so this would not happen. Well, it happened... 470$ plus service charge to come out. Steve would not fix his mistake without charging us, so we wanted to go with a better source. I just want people to not have to spend extra money on their 2-year-old furnace like we had to because he did not do his job properly :) SAVE YOUR MONEY... GO LOCALLY ELSEWHERE! Not worth your time, money, or sanity.

We've used Steve twice now in the 4 months we've been at this house. First time was to replace the blower fan on our furnace when it went out on a very hot day this summer and then again today to install a new gas line as we wanted to switch our dryer from electric to gas. Both times Steve was over here quickly, and did the work very quick, very well and very reasonably priced! We'll definitely use him again when needed!

I was recommended to Steve by a plumbing company that earned my trust. Steve was immediately responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and passed up on many opportunities to upsell me on equipment that I didn’t need (I wanted to turn my house into a freezer after my A/C failed, and he recommended we start rationally smaller, and build up if needed - he was right!).. His prices were extremely fair, and the contractors he brought into my home were great guys. I’ve now used Steve on multiple occasions, and have recommended him to friends as well. He always takes the time to explain the issues and the repair options thoroughly. He saved me thousands, and the work he’s performed continues to hold strong.
