Tim's Quality, and our technician Sean were excellent! Sean was at our house within 4 hours of discovering our water heater had gone out and flooded the entire basement. He spent the day chexk8ng everything out, letting us know what had gone wrong, and even discovering our current pumping wasn't up to code (YAY!). By the next day the old water heater was out, and new one was in, piping fixed, tray installed (so future leaks would be caught and funneled to a drain), and hot water back! He communicated well through the whole process, let us know about a rebate through our gas company, and was very easy to work with.

Great experience with Tim's. I had a non-emergency water leak issue after hours, but was able to connect with a tech that walked me through how to mitigate the problem for the night, and then they had a tech at my house early next morning that was able to fix the problem. Great experience.

Tim's home services (Paul, my technician) did a fantastic job and the price was reasonably. Would definitely recommend if anyone have a drainage problem.

Needed some shut off valves and Lonn showed up just a few hours after making the appointment. Got our issues fixed in a timely fashion and our water was back on. Very professional plumber and good quality work.
