I have used Minnetonka Construction for two window projects in the last year. They were great on both projects. The first projects was installing 4 new windows in my basement that didn't have enough natural light coming through. The project turned out great and the pricing was reasonable.

The second project was replacing 12 windows that were about 25 years old. They replaced all very quickly and made as little of a mess as possible. Brad is a great project manager and always let me know what was going on. I would definitely use Minnetonka Construction for future projects.

Brad and the team did a great job helping us select the design and colors, communicating, follow-up and overall management of the project. The workers showed up and continually worked hard all
day and even into dusk to complete the project in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Brad and his team.

Once the project was approved, Brad and his crew were fantastic. Brad was punctual, communicative, and incredibly efficient — they not only met the timeline but actually finished the new roof ahead of schedule. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful, and we’ve already had multiple neighbors stop by to compliment the stunning shingle color (we love it too!).

A huge thank you also goes to Liz and Jessie in the office, who kept everything running smoothly on the administrative side and made the whole experience seamless.

Minnetonka Construction replaced our windows and doors with the Andersen 100 series.
Even though we decided to move in the middle of the remodel, they did a great job ensuring the project was completed for the new homeowners. The new Andersen windows and doors look great! Looking forward to having them remodel our new home soon.

Minnetonka construction did a fabulous job replacing our roof! We were unaware that we had any damage until a representative from their company identified hail damage that we could not see from the ground.They also helped us with the insurance claim so we were able to replace the roof with a similar quality upgraded shingle. I would highly recommend this company!

I was referred to this company, through my good friend, who sells insurance, and I am so glad I was. Roofing business can be a little sketchy, but not Minnetonka construction. From the first day, I met them last year for estimates, till today their work has been so professional, complete and timely. It is like they are from a different era. The paperwork, and the actual roofing. Completed in one day, there isn’t a shred of torn off shingles left in my yard. One of the best experiences I’ve had in 40+ years of homeownership. We had our house sided and a new roof added. Even mt neighbors were amazed at the speed at which the work was done. Great communication with the company throughout the process. A couple years later, we had a tree land on the side of our roof and through the job was small, they came out, provided an estimate and did the work within a couple weeks. We'll use them again when needed.

I've worked with a number of contractors of the years and Bradley at Minnetonka Construction is one of the best. Even when minor issues popped up and he always had a solution and made things easy. I would definitely work with them again.

Minnetonka Construction recently sold and installed French Double-doors at our home. The installers were professional and efficient. Having worked construction most of my adult life, I can say that the install was done well and done correctly. We were also thrilled with the quality and appearance of the door. My wife and I felt that we could trust the folks at Minnetonka Construction and we were not disappointed in that trust.

We have used MC for a few projects- roofing, siding, gutters and windows. Brad is awesome. Honest, professional and always there for questions. Crew is courteous and respectful. Craftsmanship and quality where you want it. My go to contractor.

All I can say is WOW. We had them remove old siding, install new
siding and complete a small entry way at the front of the house. They did a fantastic job in every way possible. They arrived on time, finished on time and kept in communication with us every step of the way. The entire team starting with Brad were great. We've had neighbors and friends see the quality of work and all have commented on how great it looks. I will recommend Minnetonka Contruction to anyone.

By far one of the best contractors we have dealt with over the years! Brad and his family go out of their way to ensure you are happy with their work. We had MC install new siding on our entire house and paint the deck & porch. All of their employees were highly professional, friendly, and fixed additional odds and ends they came across without us even asking!
