Marc Brewer came out and did my inspection, he did a phenomenal job of explaining the damage I had and explain the whole process from start to finish. Russ Smith and his crew came out and replaced the roof, the job was done quickly and the whole team was very professional. Thank you guys for making this an excellent experience.

We've used Watkins twice: once for roof repair and once for gutter replacement. They did a great job, we're very communicative and timely. Will for sure use them in the future!

They did a fantastic job. They did not take any shortcuts. They replaced a few suspect boards and fixed a leak around the chimney. Friendly staff and install team answered all of my questions.

We had a tree go through our roof and our living room and had quiet a bit of damage done. Rafters, decking etc. Watkins came out and worked with our insurance to get everything in place for the work to get completed. They came out at 7 this morning and completed the job in 1 day!! I was shocked. I am extremely pleased with everyone that we have talked with and the work they did today.

Watkins is a well oiled machine. Professional from day one and yes, I have dealt with other roofers before. David is a great guy and a friend now; he helped me make all the decisions we needed to make from initial consult to finished job. Ron stepped in to help my guy Jamey who was under the weather on install day. He and David both made multiple trips to ensure quality control both days and after completion to check with me and ensure site cleanup. My wife and I chose a shingle upgrade for more definition the house; it was worth every penny and looks far better than we expected. I literally couldn't have asked anything more of them during this process.

Watkins Construction made the whole process of replacing our roof quick and efficient. The new roof looks great and was finished very quickly. The roofers did a great job of removing/replacing the roof with as little noise as possible. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning when finished.

Watkins is a very professional company. The guys were exactly in time, did exactly what they were hired to do and essentially completed my entire roof in a day. They cleaned up immaculately as well! Very good job! 👍

Very impressed with this company. When you call for a quote definitely ask for John Allen. First thing he did was ask if we had a blower so he could blow off my roof. When he did that he found the damage that the previous person did not. Not long after he left Mr Ashley called me to schedule the repair I needed. The workers were very thorough even went in my attic to see for a leak I wasn’t sure where it was. They cleaned up all the repair debris. Also Stephanie kept me updated throughout the whole process. From the start of meeting John Allen I knew I was in good hands. The price of the repairs were reasonable as well. They will forever have my business. I also had John Allen come out to another ladies house to look at her roof and when he got done with her insurance company, he got a great deal at replacing her whole roof. You can’t go wrong by calling Watkins!! I highly recommend them!!

Complete replacement of old storm damaged roof on my home and detached garage. It took 1 and a half day from start to finish. These Guys are very efficient, professional and skilled. Great Job 👍

We were very pleased with everything from the beginning to completion. Johnny took care of all preparations, paperwork, meeting with insurance adjuster and stopping by to ensure all was going well and if we had any concerns. Made sure I was pleased with the overall outcome and we definitely were. Roof and all clean up was completed all in one day. We have had many compliments on the look and style of our roof. Watkins is a fabulous company to work with. They did an outstanding job with my roof. Their office folks staying in communication with me on a regular basis. Finally, they ensured that I was satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

The team at Watkins - particularly Jamie, Matt, Andrew Harden and Stephanie - were incredibly helpful from start to finish when I needed my roof replaced. Additionally, the crew that installed the roof were prompt, did a great job and cleaned up well once they were through so there was no debris remaining. I am a widow on a fixed income. After my insurance informed me that my roof would fall on my HOA I reached out to them. I was informed that they were wrong and to read the by-laws and covenant. After going back and forth I was informed about Watkins and how they would work with the insurance. At this point I would have to sell my home. I reached out to Todd White. He showed me leaks the insurance had not seen and explained what would fall under my HOA and insurance. On my behalf he reached out to my HOA and insurance. He made me feel hope and said to call him when I got the insurance forms and he would be happy to come back by and walk me through them even though I had not hired Watkins. Todd kept his word and returned walking me through the forms and telling me what would be next. I received a call from my insurance company telling me I would receive a check for the roof and Watkins had reached out and they were working together. I signed the contract and hired Watkins. In the end they handled everything. Derek, Stephanie, Todd, and Connor reached out with any changes that came with my HOA and insurance. Completed a week ahead of schedule in one day with clean up. They could have only replaced the minimum which others have done in the past. I can honestly say they replaced every rotten piece of wood and all I have to pay out of pocket is my deductible and the upgrade that should fall under my HOA. Thank you to everyone at Watkins.
