The service started with a visit from Matt the owner. The phone was answered promptly. Zack Beck and his team worked together to make our instillation seamless.

John detected the problem immediately and explained to me what was required to fix it and the cost and took care of it. John was very knowledgeable and professional and i will use B&B again

They did a nice job putting our furnace in up in our attic. They were all very friendly. They got the job done quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Ron and B&B took great care of me! I had an emergency outage of my A/C going out at 10:30PM on a Thursday night. Called B&B at 7AM that following Friday morning. They came out to me by 3:00 and fixed my problem on that same day! Thank God! These folks have great communication skills, phone calls with you, texts and emails - everything. And - they responded ever so fast! It's been hotter than you know what this summer - and they got me back in the coolness quick! They get an absolutely outstanding rating from me!!!!

Arrived well within the scheduled 2 hour window, respected my wife’s floors by using the booties. It was not a rushed process or
diagnosis, but still seemed quite efficient. Feedback on the diagnosis easily aligned with what we were experiencing in our daily use. Our technician Justin made himself available for questions and took the time to answer in a way that a homeowner can understand. The cost of the work was fair and competitive, and not the cheapest which is not what I was necessarily looking for since you get what you pay for. Lastly and probably most importantly our system seems to be working better after the work than it was before Justin did his thing. Many thanks!

Wonderful experience with Ron who let me watch him as he worked and answered all my questions, even the foolish ones. As I mentioned to Ron I really appreciated the fact that he approached the job as if he was working on his own A/C unit. Ron was/is a very personable man committed to providing excellent service!

We are so happy with our service! We bought a home that has a old AC unit, and we were so worried we were going to have to Shell out thousands of dollars to replace it. B&B was able to come out and service our unit, save us loads of money, and come out less than a week later when we had a leak happening inside the house. We are so thankful for the kind and friendly customer service, and will recommend this company to everyone we can!

my service technician Austin was great. Very knowledgeable of what he was doing to help provide our home with a cooler environment. Austin took his time explaining to me about my unit and what was good for it. It wasn’t good for it and what would you need to be taken care of in the future.

I give B&B Heating 5 stars. Ronald the tech was excellent and explained what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. I would use them again in the future if need.

Although my HVAC system replacement turned into a multiple day installation, all of the techs (Ryan, Kyle, Jeff, Scott, Joseph and Trent +) were courteous; professional; kept me informed, especially when 2 problems occurred; and took time to answer my list of questions. Kyle and Ryan patiently helped me set up my WiFi thermostat on my phone, and Ryan went through each function with me step by step.

Justin got here very early and identified the problem quickly. He got my furnace running again quickly. I will definitely be calling again in the future for anything I will need. Thank you again for helping me!

Replaced a 26 yr old Lennox unit. Scott, Jeff & Jack were very professional, and took their time to explain everything and make sure I was satisfied. Could not be more pleased!!
Next day 7/4 my kitchen sink faucet was not working properly due to possible sediment from new HVAC installation, and within the hour after reporting the issue (on a holiday)Justin came out and repaired it.

Thank you to Mr Gerry who didn’t let us down but got the job down before the cold that’s due to return tomorrow and we are having service. Furnace is back up running and heat is flowing. Thank you Once again Mr Gerry my God forever bless you. Thank you B&B you always come through.
