Jake and co helped my family's home get yhe important repairs to old brookside home before it went on the market. They were easy to co-ordinate with, quick working, detail ordinted contractors. Great paint work also, matched these old paints incredibly well. They also provides advice and alternatives for projects that didn't particularly
requir their expertise as well, which saved money in the end instead of taking it. Good trustworthy folk.

We first hired KC Contracting Services when we were looking for a company to do work on our rentals. Jake showed up to the bid on time and was very knowledgeable about how to fix the issues. We received a bid promptly and decided to give KC Contracting a try. After completing multiple jobs at one rental exactly how we wanted we hired him to do a job at our second rental. Again, everything was done on time and on budget. One thing that we were looking for in a company is honestly and someone who wanted the work which we found in KC Contracting Services. We have since hired KC Contracting Services to do work on our personal home and have referred them to friends (who also hired them). I should mention that one thing I appreciate about Jake is that he looks for ways to save money during a project. Who doesn't want that!?

We hired Jake and his team to redo our tile backlash in our kitchen and around our fireplace hearth. They did a fantastic job! They were always on time and not only completed the job in a timely manner, but were even so great about cleaning up afterwards. We couldn't be happier with the work they performed and would recommend them to anyone!

We had Jake and his people do a Master Shower redo and some indoor painting. We are very pleased with the result! During the demolition, they covered the carpet walkways to minimize tracking debris. They cleaned up at the end of the day so we could use the area until they came again. They were polite, friendly, and easy to work with. We are very happy with the quality of work. Thank you Jake!

We've had a really good experience with Jake who recently repaired a bunch of wood rot and painted the exterior of our house. These guys fixed countless errors made by previous people who worked on the house before we owned it. Its rare to enjoy writing someone a check these days lol.

We hired KC Contracting to redo our kitchen this past summer and have nothing but good things to say about their work. They are honest, reliable and affordable. Our kitchen had some battles that Jake had to fight through and he was so dedicated to the project that he was at our house one night until 10:30 trying to figure out an electrical issue. Our kitchen looks amazing and we absolutely love it! We had a leak that affected our bathroom ceiling that also needed to be fixed and we liked their work on our kitchen so much that we hired them to fix the ceiling and put in an exhaust fan. They did a great job on that too and we are happy customers. Jake and his father are patient and provide honest, quality work. We have referred him to several people including my parents who are fixing up a house to rent. Jake is currently helping them and they are also happy with his work. Can't go wrong with KC Contracting Services LLC!!

I reached out on Facebook to get a quote for a dishwasher install after NFM was unable to install. Jake responded quickly and professionally. He asked follow up questions to ensure he had the most information possible to provide an accurate quote. After I approved the quote he was able to schedule me in a quick timeframe. Very appreciative of his help!
