Serviceman, Bryce, showed up on time exactly as promised. Diagnosed problems with A/C, repaired unit with parts on service truck. Back to cool very quickly on a 96 degree day! Thanks! Had calls out to three local HVAC companies and didn't get a call back from any as yet. Katherine at Central answered phone listened to my problem and schedule service later same day. Happy NEW Customer!

Fast, professional service. Kyle also took the time to explain and show me how to use the new whole home humidifier. Prompt, courteous and cleaned up when installation and tune-up service completed.

Excellent service by all employees. Gordon was very knowledgeable in his work and went above and beyond for us. He was able to make some repairs to keep our ac running over the incredibly hot weekend until our new unit could be installed. Kathleen was able to get us scheduled right away. Install crew, Rich, Nick and Cody showed up exactly when they said, worked all day in the heat to get us our new system. I will definitely recommend to anyone I can.

Central Air heating and cooling installed a mini split system for our home extension. Not only did they accommodate when we asked them to move where they out one of the units, they are responsive and professional. A few weeks after installation one of the units was making a noise and I emailed after hours. Not only did I get an email response, they called me first thing and had someone out that day to fix it! Highly recommend.

Tyler went above and beyond! Didn't leave till he had our ac unit up and running. Was understanding we had kids and didn't want to leave us in the heat. Highly recommend him!!

Very prompt and courteous technician quick to identify the problem. Part is out of stock at parts house. Technician made ever effort to locate one and reschedule to come back and replace defective compressor fan.

Ac unit quit on a Sunday. Central Air helped me schedule repairs to fit my budget. I'm retired and disabled so cost was my main concern. Doug was my repairman and was fantastic. He had my unit running in under a hour. Thank you Doug and Central Air for helping me out.

Tyler was fantastic. He helped me understand what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Once he knew what he needed to work on, he was efficient. Definitely recommend.

Cody & Steve arrived promptly @ 8am as scheduled. Went to work removing the old furnace & AC unit. Cleaned the space prior to installing the new units. They even corrected duct work that was not correctly attached to the old air handler. I will highly recommend Central heating and cooling. I would also like to praise Bryce when he came out to service the old unit and provide us with information (no pressure) when deciding either to repair or replace.

When your furnace stops working correctly right before Christmas,panic sets in. From the moment I made the phone call I felt at ease. They were going to come out same day but do to my availability I had to schedule an appointment for the following morning and Doug showed up right when he said he'd be there and had the problem fixed in a little over an hour. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I will continue to use them if a problem ever arises and will recommend this company to anyone I can.

Central air provided great service answered all our questions and provided multiple options when quoting us a new furnace.

I’ve used Central air 3 times In the past year and they have provided exactly what you’d want out of this service – very prompt attention, very prompt arrival to work on the problem and very trustworthy resolutions.
They will continue to be my go to service for any heating and cooling needs.

I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge Tyler exhibited on his visit. He took care of my issue quickly and answered all questions I had. Central air is reasonably priced and I will call them again next time my heating and ac need work/ preventive maintenance.

The air conditioner they had installed several years ago in the mobil home I own, iced up and quit working. I called them and they were out in a couple of hours! Fixed the unit! Such wonderful service!!!
