He was very helpful answered any questions and kept asking is there anything else and he made sure that he explained everything he did.

FTS and technician Jay were awesome! Our AC went out overnight, I called at 8:05 am. They had Jay onsite by 9:15am. He found the issue and had us working again within 30 minutes and for a very reasonable price! Jay was super friendly, very helpful and answered all of my questions! We would definitely recommend FTS to anyone!

The technician has been forthcoming with information and taking good care of us. He has had to come out a couple of times due to ordering parts and getting our system up and running again.

My technician, I believe, was Jay. He was professional and friendly. He explained in detail several options for what we could do to resolve the issue with my furnace. I’m very pleased with the polite and prompt responses to my (many) questions.

FTS really are the best! When I called for an appointment, Tori got me in immediately. Jarod was right on time and found my problem. I am now on a maintenance program that allows the office to monitor my system. Jarod made sure I understood the app and how to order my own filters .. I love it!

Excellent service provided by Jay he didn’t only fix it he waited around to ensure that it was a 30 second fix. 10/10 upfront with prices and showed us how the system worked.
