Hi there. Astro did the fall furnace check-up. Tech was on time and professional. Answered my tenants questions. So happy with them I went on their yearly service contact. Saves a little $ up front but the real value comes later. Priority placement when in trouble and discounts on parts.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by Astro heating and cooling. Besides my property, I own some rental units and they quickly come out to service the equipment. I highly recommend them as not only are they professional but they are wonderful communicators. And I must say I trust them completely.

HVAC and the water heater failed while we had visitors staying with us. Astro fit us into their schedule, finished in less than a day. BTW, the two stage cooling makes a noticeable difference. Higher efficiency unit, of course, is lowering the electric bill. Very nice installation.

This past Sunday, we noticed our AC wasn’t working and the force of the cool air had deteriorated. I contacted Astro Sunday midday and got a call from Jason within the hour. Jason troubleshooted the issue via phone and we discovered that our filter should have been changed as it was very dirty..(we’re new home owners :/). However that didn’t resolve the problem so Astro sent out a tech the very next day. I appreciate their responsiveness and efficiency in resolving our issue and will continue to use their services. Last week, my ~20 year old HVAC finally called it quits, but Joe S. and the HVAC installers at Astro Heating & Cooling got me taken care of ASAP with a new HVAC installation. Joe S. did a particularly good job - I had been quoted a like-for-like HVAC by another company, but Joe suspected my old furnace had been oversized. He confirmed his suspicion by walking the house, counting the heat vents and reviewing the run log of the prior HVAC. Because of his help, I was able to get an appropriately-sized furnace for my home which will help prevent premature failure of my new HVAC unit due to incorrect sizing. The installers did a fantastic job, and my home feels noticeably more comfortable. I fully recommend Astro Heating & Cooling for HVAC installation, and I plan to use their services again in the future.

I have used Astro for a number of years, helping me limp my old AC until the new one was installed 2 yrs ago. Jason and his team are wonderful and very professional. Love having my maintenance 2 times a year, they are very courteous in scheduling to meet my time-frames!

Astro Heating and Cooling is amazing!!! My a/c went out this Saturday, I called and within 30 minutes Tim came out, explained what was wrong and fixed it immediately. I'm very satisfied with the service that I received from ASTRO Heating and Cooling. Matt did a fantastic job. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Matt took the time to explain everything that was going on with our cooling system. I plan to call ASTRO Heating and Cooling in the fall for a return visit to service our furnace.

I want to give a shout out to Astro Heating & Cooling! I had never had to call an HVAC company for repairs in the past, so when I woke up on one of the hottest days of the year to find that my AC was not working, I was somewhat in a panic. I found Astro on a Google search and gave them a call expecting that "maybe" they could get me a technician to look at my AC unit the next day. To my surprise, they gave me a 1 - 3pm window (I called at 8:30) that same day! In addition, they arrived around 12 Noon and had me back up and running by 12:30pm. Not only was the Customer Service great on the front end, but Tim, who was my technician was very knowledgeable, professional AND EARLY!!! Kudos to Tim and Astro Team...I will definitely be recommending your company to others...very happy customer!!!

I trusted Astro with a large scale heating project at my 100 year old residence in South City. Jason and his team did a fantastic job. Communication throughout the project was better than I could have imagined. Jason was in tune with my needs and worked hard to keep me on budget. Every employee of Astro I interacted with was friendly and professional and I had no problem trusting them in my home. A small issue presented itself after the project was completed and Astro had the issue solved within 24hrs. These guys were great and I’ll be trusting them with all my future HVAC needs!

Easy and accessible appointment service. Technician called ahead and showed up right at the beginning of the appointment window. He had all the material necessary on hand and completed the job quickly and efficiently. This is a superior company!

The Astro technicians are always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We've been very satisfied with their quick call backs on repairs and thorough inspections on regular maintenance. I recommend them to everyone. Jason came to our house within 12 hours of our call, fixed our furnace in under twenty minutes and kept us from freezing in -5° weather.

Service Technician(Tim) did a great job repairing my A/C. Replaced capacitor and recharge at a very fair price. On time as stated. I will call Astro next time I need repair or replacement of HVAC, they did original system in 2010. And thank you to Linda for being so nice. Kudos to Astro Heating and Cooling.

Great service. They came out in a timely manner when our furnace went out. The 3 men that came out to install the unit ,were excellent. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs service or new system.
