The tech Dustin was able to come out same day. Gave us honest feedback and helped get our hvac unit running as well as it could for being an older unit! Very professional and knowledgeable!

Couldn't have had a better experience. Communication was fantastic. Coordinated with our framer and siding installer to make sure everything worked and looked perfect. Gave advice on choosing the best products to use. Referred to me from a friend who also had a fantastic experience.

David the owner is a straight shooter and very professional. Andy the technician is one heck of a nice man and very precise with his work.I have used other companies before but HVAC PARAMEDICS are number one in my book. If you need HVAC work please call these folks and you will be happy!!!

I know this is not the norm but they arrived within an hour after I called. AC stopped blowing cold air. They came out quickly and got it working again. Reasonable price. Excellent technician, Dustin Grider. Will use them again.

Dave and Andy showed up, removed the units from our roof and they were placed on the ground. They had to run new line sets to the new location, and all was done in a timely manner. The job was completed, they were very professional, and the invoice was what the bid estimate was for. Highly recommend them for HVAC needs!!

This A/C paramedics company is the BEST one in the Ozark! Very professionals and prompt! Andy and Tony showed up when they informed me that they’ll come. We’re very kind and polite & did a great job as my tenant confirmed. The office let me know ahead of time when they’ll come & was very professional about it. Their price was also very reasonable. I’ve asked 2 other companies before them, an estimate for the same thing to replace my A/C unit, and they were much more expensive than paramedics a/c. The owner also was very kind and caring & I was very impressed with the customer service Brooke that did above & beyond for me with my specific request. I highly recommend Paramedics to any body in MO that want a fair priced, hard working people and timely company to deal with, since no many good, honest companies are around any more unfortunately. If I could give them 10 stars, I’ll do it in a heart beat! Very satisfied and a customer for life I’ll be! thank you so much for your hard work and outstanding experience! You definitely exceeded my expectation!

I have nothing but good things to say about these people. I have a Mr. Cool mini split that needed repairs. Other companies refused to work on it, but Dave came to the rescue! I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

They went above and beyond to help us get our hvac system up and running again. They came over on a Saturday to diagnose our problem and installed the new system on Tuesday. They communicated well with us and gave us a good price. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent! Dave was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and explained everything in details which made it easy to understand. He was always reachable and answered our questions and addressed our concerns with professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend, and we will be returning customers.

This company is what every company should be. I had another company come out and tell me most of my coolant had leaked out, it was no longer made and they would need to put in over 3 pounds at $400 per pound.Then he would need to check the coil for a leak which he suspected was significant and probably couldn’t be repaired. I decided to have someone else come out to see if their stories matched. Dustin came out and cleaned the external unit, checked the pressure of the coolant and said it was good. Also, he said the coolant was still being made and would be less than $100 per pound. The repair only cost me about $160. Dustin and the company are honest and fair. I highly recommend them and I’m grateful for their integrity.
