I just had a mini-split AC unit installed by Eric. He did an amazing job on the installation. He had to make custom modifications for my specific room. He knew what he was doing. I had no issues, and he cleaned up everything.

AC went out overnight. I sent a chat around 630 in the morning. Right about 8am he emailed me and set up a time. He was prompt, friendly, and quickly resolved the issue. Highly recommended!

Eric came through for us on short notice when we were in a bind with our A/C unit. Without his efforts we would have struggled to continue our home renovation in the heat of the summer! Additionally, Eric is very knowledge of many other household needs and offered valuable advice during his time there.

Eric replaced our damaged water heater with a new tankless. It was done quickly, it works great and it saved a ton of space! No more running out of hot water. We'll definitely be having him back out for some additional projects.

Great Experience with HVAC install! It's always easy to give a good review if all things go well, but if there is an obstacle that comes up how it is handled is when you can tell how good a company is. ESR did come across a few issues and the issues were handled very well and resolved professionally and swiftly. We always felt we were his top client and the communication was impeccable. I would definitely do business with them and also recommend ESR to others!
