We have been using R&S for a few seasons to do our sprinkler maintenance. This was the first time for landscaping and it was wonderful! We had an overgrown lilac tree trimmed and some underbrush on another tree and they look beautiful. The brush was hauled off and was completed quickly. Will be staying with them as long as they are around!

I've been doing business with them for over 15 years. They're always 100% dependable and have very reasonable pricing. To find both qualities in a company nowadays is hard to find.

I contacted the business for a quote on lawn aeration. They provided a fast and simple quote on line and came in lower than other companies that I contacted. They communicated quickly and efficiently, letting me know when they were coming and when they were finished. They also left it up to me to either pay online or by paper billing. Great impression on my first use of the company, I will use them again.

Beyond thrilled with all the work they did at my house! Start to finish, they were knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Rick Smith, the owner, explained everything each step of the way. I needed a complete landscaping overhaul, and this was the only company I found who could do it all: rip out the old landscaping, haul in dirt to fill in my sinking yard, plant new trees and bushes, cover with weed fabric and gorgeous river rock, install a sprinkler system, and re-sod the front yard. They verticut all the existing weeds and lawn then meticulously smoothed the dirt before laying sod. They were quick to correct any minor issues I had. I’ve seen the lawns they care for and they do a great job mowing and edging too. I’m switching to them for my lawn maintenance going forward. Very, very happy!

R&S has been wonderful at getting our yard back to a healthy and beautiful standard. We had a lot of dead sod and burn marks from our dogs aka urine. With the help of R&S we have been able to get grass to re-grow. They have been helpful, responsive, and were able to give us the proper treatment our yard needed.

Excellent communication and fair pricing. I bought a house and the yard had been neglected by renters for a decade. I know grass cannot be guarenteed, but R&S Lawn renewal worked wonders on my parents' lawn trouble spots, so I have high hopes for my yard too. The guys were thorough and worked clean, no big messes to worry about or clean up. Taylor in the office was patient and responsive.

I've used R&S for sprinkler maintenance for a few years after not getting responses from a different company. I've felt they were fairly priced and the work was great - especially given that I called them just a few times each year. I recently asked them for a bid on a retaining wall and they came in as the cheapest option. The work was done as scheduled, and is fantastic. Additionally the workers were great, even cleaning up each day so it's better than when they arrived. I'll certainly reach out to them again in the future.

We have been with RS Lawn Service for 4 years. Our lawn was a mess with clover, chickweed, blue velvet, dandelions, water grass, grubs, etc. Now it's the best yard on the block with a lush green lawn.

Adam from R & S Lawncare came out to start the lawn treatment program. Started with the Turf Fall fertilizer treatment and took care of some weed issues I had going on. He was on time and will be back for another treatment for the winter. I had several questions and they were all answered. I also recommend them when you need to winterize your sprinkler system, I had them come out last year and will use them again.

R & S did a repair lawn project last October for us and we were very pleased with the results. Scott and crew were prompt and dida nice clean up after finishing the job. The Greyhawke subdivision uses R & S for their commons area work, which speaks highly of the work R& S does. I would recommend R & S highly for any lawn or sprinkler project.

Rick and his crew installed our lawn sprinkler system. Wow! They showed up a day early because they finished another job ahead of schedule. His crew got started and were very hard working, professional and courteous. I was worried about how much my lawn would be torn up adding a sprinkler system, but it was very minimal much to my surprise! A lot less than I thought it would be! And it works great! So glad we went with R & S!!! Can only say great things about them and highly recommend them!

I have been using R&S for almost 10years for repairs to my sprinkler system and they have always done great work. I recently switched to them for backflow testing and plan to include more and more neighbors. They gave me a 2hr window and did arrive and completed the work within that window. It can be tough with schedules to work with that large of a window and it would be nice to know where in that window they plan to arrive. R&S is on the high end of pricing (by as much as $30) for the backflow test and I plan to lower that with more neighbors next year.

I plan to use R&S for future repairs and maintenance. I will also continue to recommend them to family and friends.

We have had R&S since they installed our sprinkler system in 2004. We have been very pleased with their service and reliability. We especially like using a local family owned company rather than a national chain. We like to support small business owners. We recently had them do a lawn restoration. They showed up on time, did a thorough job and were extremely polite. What more could you ask.

The sprinkler had issues that needed attention. Their shop is 40 min away from Smithville and they fixed the system in a timely manner. Great doing business with them and would recommend to anyone to use there services.

We've used R&S for lawn care over the past year. Weed control has been fantastic. We also just had them aerate and seed our yard. We're very hopefully we'll see successful results from that. Throughout our experiences working with R&S, communication has always been great, and price point seems right in line with the market. Very happy thus far, and plan on continuing to use them in the future.

So happy to have R&S sprinkler system. Always a good experience working with Rick. Our yard looks great. Office personnel are always so helpful and can’t say enough about the service we receive from David Sprinkler. We also have had landscaping by R&S and very pleased.

Rick and his team are very professional. They leave the yard looking great and clean up each day. A stress free job!

They are always extremely friendly and helpful. We use them twice a year and they come out when scheduled and we never have an issue. They also call and remind us when we need to winterize. Great company!

Update- we have been using this company for our sprinkler system for 7 years. Still continue to be very satisfied!!

We had sprinklers installed for our lawn, 4x12 raised garden bed, bush landscaping at rear of house, and drip irrigation under mulch for the front flower bed. The guys had good equipment that minimized the disturbance to lawn, they were detailed, worked around our schedule. I made a last minute change to the plan and they graciously accommodated that without any up charge (which the change required some extra work and time). The job was scheduled a couple months out and they were here to do the job exactly when said they would be. Owner had employee meet us after we got home from work to test/go over system. After the last minute changes the owner also stopped by, was invested in making sure we were happy, went over app controls on phone, educated us on water times and rates as well as what to do going forward. They were the highest of the three bids I got, but with this type of work I truly believe you get what you pay for. This was the only bid of the three that gave me a detailed drawing of how they would install the system. I was able to submit that to our HOA for approval. He was the only bid I didn’t have to follow up on bids/requests for a bid or date. He patiently went over our options and costs associated. Top notch customer service from the start and that carried through and was a deciding factor in choosing them. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

We have used R&S Lawn Service for 3 years and love their service. Rick is a great guy! I like the text messages letting me know when they are on there way. I also get a message when the service is completed. Very professional and courteous. I have recommended them to many. Keep up the good work guys!
