Wonderful customer experience! Brendan was professional, knowledgeable and set me up on service plan for heating and cooling. Fees for service today and the annual plan were very reasonable.

Discovered Premier Heating last year when my furnace went out 24hrs prior to hosting a party and they came out and saved the day! I was so pleased with the professionalism and service I switched over to them to do my maintenance. Brenden came out this morning and top notch service and was very pleased! Highly recommend!

I live in an apartment and contacted the landlord around 1 pm. and told them my a/c wasn't working. By the time I got home at 4:30, they were already there. The technician was very polite and explained everything to me.

Zack is always professional and polite. He explains what he’s doing and recaps his work when finished. Very satisfied.

Steve was efficient and timely, let us know we needed some coolant. So appreciative for the inspection and information. He got our air working so well.

We were having thermostat issues with our A/C, so we called Premier H/C late one afternoon; the next day Preston, our technician, came and thoroughly checked our system to make sure it was operating correctly, He also gave us some good tips for keeping things working smoothly in the future. We couldn't be happier with him and Premier H/C!

Excellent experience.. Jason was personable, available for any and multiple questions, knowledgeable, kind and friendly.. This company came well recommended and did not disappoint. The company was friendly & professional and Preston the technician was absolutely awesome, haven’t above and beyond to try to fix ac problem but more is needed, they will call to reschedule me. They came back out and completed the task above and beyond, I have air again, techs are amazing, professional and experts, I will call yearly for fixes and I definitely will refer them to everyone I know!

My AC was not working one evening, so I contacted Premier and we scheduled a diagnostic for the very next morning. Tony, the technician from Premier, arrived and was able to determine the issue within just a few minutes, and he had the part available to fix the problem. He was fast, thorough, and professional.
