My HVAC Technician Nick came earl than the scheduled appointment time. Nick was tremendously helpful at diagnosing the issue and gave me great advice on how to keep my HVAC running smoothly moving forward. I definitely recommend this company. I was satisfied with my services.

I had a great experience with the technician Bob. He was courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly. He swiftly had our boiler furnace back up and running during that horrible cold. This was my second time calling SmartHouse. My first experience with Luke, he was why we called the second time. Knowledgeable professionals with great sense of humors. Would highly recommend.

I have had SmartHouse service my furnace and AC unit for many years. The office staff is wonderful and so are the technicians. Most recently I had Zack and he took his time explaining how to get the most from my furnace for both efficiency and comfort. They’re almost always on time and if running a little late they call or text. I highly recommend SmartHouse Heating and Cooling.

The team at SmartHouse are very knowledgable. What's more, I'm extremely impressed with their customer service. Our new Water Furnace geothermal unit was faulty, and recently failed completely. SmartHouse really jumped right to getting a new unit installed under warranty, as well as providing mobile AC units for our house until the new Water Furnace was ready. I highly recommend SmartHouse.

Wonderful tech! Super friendly. Way over priced parts, as per the norm with HVAC companies. Need a 40W 2 pole on the condenser retails for 20-40 on Amazon. They wanted $350…. But I trusted them and this is how they make money. Happy to use them again!

The technician was professional and did a great job despite a difficult access to the condenser. All of the people I have worked with are highly competent and willing to take the time to find a good solution to problems rather than the most expedient. Locally owned small business that charges a reasonable rate unlike companies that routinely price gouge. I highly recommend SmartHouse.

I have used Smarthouse for several years for my business and home. I have tried other national and local companies and this is the best. The technicians go above and beyond, the office staff is awesome, and I appreciate the thorough and practical explanations. I found them on google and tried them out because they were well rated and another local place was falling short on service and responsiveness. I am glad I did. Smarthouse has delivered time and time again with the quality of their service. As a business owner (and homeowner for that matter), having a company you trust is such a big deal. This place is a winner.

It's Saturday. I'm trying to install a new smart thermostat and blew a fuse. The technician was WONDERFUL and so helpful. They were faster, more helpful, and their rates are less than the company who installed the unit for the previous owner. I'll be calling SmartHouse for my HVAC needs from now own. Highly recommend! Great experience! They were so helpful, prompt and reasonably priced. They came out and worked on our A/C units and gave us advice for things we could do on our end as well. Would highly recommend!

We have used SmartHouse a couple of times to service our geothermal unit. I can't imagine why we would ever use anyone else.

Their office staff are professional, friendly, and very responsive. Payments are easy - they can run your card on the spot so you don't have to deal with invoices or mailing a check.

The technicians are always polite, quiet, and efficient. They put on booties before they enter the house to avoid tracking anything in, and they always clean up after themselves. They make sure to show you what is wrong and explain repairs in an accessible way.

This time, they checked our warranty for us and saved us more than $4,000 on parts. All we had to pay for was labor.

Really impressed with the service we received, very friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue. Technician came out at 7pm to fix our furnace and had it up and running in no time. We will be using SmartHouse for all future HVAC needs.

A great experience in all respects. Marc came out and did a thorough assessment of our needs. Not the typical "let's sit down at the kitchen table" sales pitch. The proposal came later that same day, and Marc responded promptly and thoroughly to my follow-up questions. The day of the installation went smoothly. Marcus, George and Bob arrived exactly on-time. All three were courteous, professional and efficient. The installed work is neat and tidy and we couldn't be more pleased with our new HVAC unit. I highly recommend SmartHouse.

This was my first time using SmartHouse and I chose them because the were an authorized service company for our unit and I could not be happier. He arrived at the appointed time looked at our damage and said he figured an hour or so to fix it. He went to work and completed our repair in half that time. I would recommend SmartHouse for any heating or air conditioning repairs from now on. 👍🏻

Peak emergency calls after a snow storm. We called first thing in the morning and it was fixed by 2pm. Jay was beyond great!

SmartHouse is a terrific heating & cooling company! They are locally owned, really honest, have very fair pricing and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable. Shout out to Zack from Smarthouse for spending several days in unfavorable conditions of extreme heat and being in our attic to diagnose and then make a major repair. Zack is the reason we will continue to use Smarthouse for all of our HVAC needs. Appreciate his honesty, time to educate me on the issue, and expertise.

Great experience from start to finish. Very responsive with great communication beginning with the initial quote by Marc all the way through the install that was performed by Stephen and George. The entire team was knowledgeable, friendly and truly seemed to care about our satisfaction. Highly recommended.
