I love Unique. I have a very old house with a crazy system. Unique is the only company I will use to service it. Thank goodness I found them! Gary knows our system inside and out. A great company.

Ricky, showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He put slippers over his shoes, was careful not to disturb anything, explained in detail what needed to be done and the cost of the parts and labor. It was a cold miserable day, so I was delighted when Gwen told me she would send Ricky out ASAP. Ricky called ahead to let me know when he would be here and and hour later my furnace was fixed and running like new. Thank you Ricky, Gwen and Unique Heating and Cooling!!!

Michelle got us sqeezed in on their schedule and Dakota showed up wearing his virus protection, and protection on his shoes for our carpets. He diagnosed our Air Conditioning problem immediately and then replaced the broken part. He did a thorough rundown on the entire working system before he left, and we couldn't be happier with the cool results. Unique has our highest recommendation!! Thank you so much!!

I have used Unique Heating & Cooling several times and both technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs. Gwen does a wonderful job scheduling which is a comfort when either your AC or heat decides to stop working!

My motor went out in my ac unit and called 2 other companies for repair. After not hearing back from them, I called Unique late last night. The office manager assured me I would have a Unique repair person first thing in the morning.
I got a confirming call that a service guy was on their way and he was on time to repair.
My air conditioning is up and running wonderfully! I will definitely use them in the future and send my friends and family there.

I called the owner, John, yesterday just before 6pm. My new Trane furnace is running great before 6pm today. The crew that did the removal and install were knowledgeable, hard workers, and very nice people. I recommend this company for any type of HVAC work.

My elderly neighbor’s furnace went out and Unique was able to come to her home within the hour. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the issue but the technician fixed the problem right away. Very happy with Unique and will recommend them in the future!

I noticed that my thermostat was not keeping a comfortable temperature in the house. A friend of mine used Unique and suggested that I give them a call. From the time I placed the call they were at my house and had my problem fixed within a couple hours. The technician took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how much it was going to cost me. I am very happy that my friend suggested that I call them. I definitely will recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience. Called another HVAC company initially, they tried to convince me that my a/c unit was broken beyond repair and that it needed to be replaced. Called Unique for a 2nd opinion and for the price of a quick service call and new filter, the unit is running exactly like it's supposed to. Would highly recommend Unique for any HVAC matters.

Unique Heat and Cooling went above and beyond. While doing routine maintenance, the tech found an issue with my best thermostat. After an hour of troubleshooting, found the installer did a poor job - incorrect and exposed wiring. Tech fixed it and probably prevented a potential fire hazard. THANK YOU! Will be using Unique from now on!

They did an outstanding job of replacing our old AC system. With the return of hot weather this spring- it is an incredibly efficient system! Replaced our 3 story unit through two crawl spaces- saving us needing to remove a wall! Highly recommend.

John’s crew has always been fantastic to work with. We’ve worked with them on multiple properties now, for install/replacement of whole units and additions to existing units. Very clean, professional and courteous technicians, and very prompt service every time. They’re always going to be my go to HVAC company.

I hired Unique to disconnect and cap two radiators so I could refinish and paint them. Unlike some some other companies, Unique quoted me a price up front. The technician was courteous and careful and competed the job within estimated time. Very satisfied.

My furnace went out over a holiday weekend and the weather was freezing cold. I contacted Unique Heating and Cooling on a Sunday morning and had someone at my house within a few hours. The technician was pleasant and very professional. He had the part on his truck and had my furnace repaired and working in about 30 minutes. Unique did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Heating and Cooling company.

When I bought my house 20 years ago I called Unique Heating and Cooling because they know all about boilers and radiant heat. My boiler was VERY OLD, and eventually had to be replaced. My air conditioners were also old, and over time I have replaced them With more efficient units as well. In all cases, Unique has done a timely and reasonably priced job. Their technicians are nice people, and they know what they are doing, so they do an excellent job!

I came home to frozen ac lines. Unique was able to get someone out that day. Unfortunately, the control board was shot. When the part came in they worked with my schedule to come and install the part quickly.

The technician, Tony, was great to work with and did an excellent job explaining the issue and solution.

I am extremely pleased with Unique’s service.

I needed to purchase a new a/c during the summer. Unique Heating and Cooling offered the water pump air conditioner at the best local price, and actively worked with their supplier to expedite the delivery and installation. More importantly, both customer representatives I coordinated with over the weeks are world class and genuinely care about the customers. One example, is that they continued to push me information/updates/timelines, rather than me request to pull it.
Their technicians are knowledgeable, care about their work, friendly and accommodated to meet with me outside of my own working hours.

Unique Heating and Cooling is the best! Our ac went out a couple of weeks ago during a heat wave and a technician came out that afternoon to fix it for us. It is an honest, reliable company that we can always count on to take care of the heating/cooling system for our home. We highly recommend them to anyone!!

We are very happy with our humidifier! Unique Heating & Cooling was really good at installing it in a timely manner. They were very polite & cleaned up after themselves! Before leaving they went above & beyond to explain the unit and how to adjust it.
