They are known for stealing phones and whatever else they can get their happy little spic hands on. Won't answer the phone correctly or professionally. Have rude customer service and also have no respect for women!!! Do not use this company.

STAY AWAY! The contractor for our house used them 3 years ago and we’re stuck paying for an entire new HVAC system because it was installed incorrectly (and thus not covered under warranty) with ducts and pvc piping that weren’t up to code and weren’t appropriate for our size of furnace and house. Our furnace is rusted through and looks worse than many 20+ year old units according to several HVAC contractors. It was even a concern for carbon monoxide poisoning since they hadn’t installed the outflow vent appropriately. Pay a little extra for someone who knows what they’re doing.

I just spoke with them. Their driver is dangerous. He just ran me off the road because he was in the wrong lane. In spite of me laying on my horn. Mind you we're on Tran Rd if all streets. When I complained they act like they didn't care. If this is how they act normally I was be concerned about their work ethics

I called comfort home systems to replace a leaking condenser coil and after finding out that the cost/benefit wasn't really worth it, they were able to work within my budget to get me a new ac unit installed the same day at a great price! Everyone involved from start to finish was very polite and professional, I definitely recommend these guys!

Josh is absolutely amazing, reliable and affordable. He came out the same day & fixed my ac within 15 minutes. He had the parts on hand & was very thorough in explaining exactly what is wrong with my system. & my husband was not home which made me a little worried but when he arrived he instantly had great energy & I was not uncomfortable in the slightest. Exceptional home service 10/10 will recommend this company to everyone!!
