They have handled my families business and home plumbing needs while we lived in Branson, Missouri. They are both affordable and fast, providing excellent service and honest assessments of the initial problem. I definitely would recommend them to anyone in the Branson or Taney County area.

Main toilet was not working. Called and asked for the first available appointment for service. 20 min later the plumber was at my door! Got everything resumed quickly and efficiently. Truly phenomenal service! I've utilized them many times before and am always very pleased. Highly recommend.

I would NOT recommend this company. We had them come in August because our 2 year old water heater had a stream of water coming out of the hose. The repairman said that brand of water heaters had a lot of T & P valves that went bad on them so he was going to change it out. He left once to go get the part he needed, came back and did not have the correct part so he had to leave a second time to get the correct one. When I had talked to the company that made the water heater they had said our water pressure should be checked as well. When I asked the repairman to check the water pressure he said he did not have that tool with him. When I received our credit card statement in the mail we had been charged two times for the same repair on different days. I called R & H to have them check on this and was told that they did not charge us twice so I ended up calling the credit card company to dispute the claim. Four months later I receive a message from R & H saying it was urgent I call them only to have the office ask why I had disputed the charge and I had to explain that we had been charged twice, again. Four months later after R & H changed out the part they thought was the problem our water heater is having the same problem. We used a different plumber to check the problem out and found out our water pressure was twice what it should be and a pressure gage was added to our water line to take care of the problem.
