What a fantastic experience! Owner michael Bland personally came out and gave a great assessment and advice to save my son money and mitigate the issue. Some HVAC folk would have seized the opportunity to make an easy profit on a minor repair, but his honesty goes way further than any quick profit. Highly recommend.

Cade and Mike were very professional, knowledgeable along with being likable. We had a A/C problem that they were able to diagnose and fix in a short time. We felt so comfortable with the work they did we asked if they had a yearly maintenance plan. After hearing about their plan we signed up. Looking forward to the bi-annual check ups for our HVAC.

My home warranty company assigned me to Comfort Advisors to service my HVAC unit. I’ve had other companies out the last 3 years for maintenance. With my unit being 28 years old it was no surprise it needed to be replaced. Nathan identified concerns that no other company had discovered. They were friendly and efficient and helped a great deal in explaining my unit options and financing options. They had my HVAC replaced within 48 hours and I couldn’t say more wonderful things about everyone I encountered. I will recommend them to everyone I know moving forward. Thank you!!

Michael was so helpful. He took his time to sit and talk to me and get to know me as a person and a customer. You can tell he truly cares about the people he is servicing and wants to do his very best to help them. Many times these situations can seem overwhelming and stressful and Michael did a great job of putting all of those emotions at ease. Would absolutely recommend.

The Serviceman was “Cade” and he did an exceptional job, he was very informative and explained every detail. He told us our options and explained all the pricing ahead of time. No surprises! I also asked about preventive care and he explained about summer and fall check-ups and the cost. I also was surprised about the timeliness of getting someone to come out. Definetly recommend Comfort Advisors Heating and Cooling! This company is prompt and efficient. Our air conditioner wasn't working. We called and had great friendly customer service on the phone. They sent us Michael who was there within the hour. Wow! It's July and they were super quick! He was very friendly and informative. He had our Air up and going in just a couple hours. Great people, super friendly and great financing. We will be using this company for all our ac and heating needs!

Central A/C wasn’t blowing cold air and the house was getting to 85 degrees inside absolutely miserable. I’m so grateful for Comfort Advisors because Michael was able to show up MUCH faster than other companies. Took him less than 30 minutes to fix everything and was an absolute fair price!!! We own two properties in South Omaha and we will definitely be relying on Michael for future services!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Comfort Advisors! Michael came out and assessed our system and informed us of the problems with our heating. He took the time to explain everything and even researched with our local electric company to let us know about a credit we could get. He was able to get an entire heating and AC unit put in our house the very next day. The installers were also great and put runners down so they did not track dirt into the house. The installers, also Michael, did not leave until the system was working correctly. Michael also took the time to explain the thermostat and how the new system worked. Would highly recommend Comfort Advisors to anyone having issues with heating and AC!

We had our furnace serviced by a large company and was told it would be very dangerous to run. After being given the whole sales tactic we decided to go through our home warranty to get a second opinion and we are so glad we did. Our home warranty matched us with Comfort Advisors and it was a blessing! Although our warranty did not cover repairs/replacement we are happy they guided us to Comfort advisors. Michael explained everything in depth. He confirmed that it would be recommended not to run our furnace. He went over our options of different types of furnaces and packages to choose from. No big sales tactic, he was upfront and honest about everything. Got us a great deal on a new furnace and it was installed 2 days later! The installation was quick and the crew explained the process well!

Highly recommend for your HVAC services. We can’t wait to have them out again to service our A/C in the spring!

I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. They came and did an assessment of what was wrong with my air conditioner and what would be the best way to get it working again. Because of the age and cost of replacing parts if we could get them with all that is going on in our world right now. It was better to just replacing it and my furnace at same time. They worked with me on cost and turned out fine and will add to sale price of house and great warranty. These guys came in and had it together in a few hours. Called Comfort Advisors on a hot hot day for AC not working correctly. Michael came out, went up on the roof of our commercial building and checked to find the door had come off the unit (possibly due to the high winds, and worn screws), replaced the door with larger screws, checked the filter and went on his way. Excellent service, kind individual. Highly recommend to anyone needing service or new units.

4 days without heat in the middle of an artic blast and my home warranty provided the wrong phone number for Comfort Advisors and the wrong appointment time.
I was able to google Comfort Advisor, find their correct phone number and unbeknownst to me, I speak to the owner. He gets me set up with a earlier appointment and to my surprise is my service technician.
He diagnoses the problem and has my heat back on in 30-40min or less.
I'm so appreciative of his dedication to his customers and thankful I don't have to sleep in a house that feels like the inside of the fridge. Will Definitely be calling in the spring to make sure A/C is ready for the summer.
